I am a murderer - Surprise ending

This actually really got to me, I was shouting at the screen just watching this! It sure put me on the edge of my seat! :L

So for all those that don't get the ending. Correct me if I'm wrong but i think she is committing suicide in the first scene and the man that is chasing her is death coming and then at the end we see that he knows the woman but its too late to save her. I think at 0:20 she it picking up a razor blade. The chase is happening in her mind as she slips away.
