An easier way for this is just record Sagat doing Tiger Cannon then play it back while your controlling Ryu. But good show either way.

@AureonUbeso Actually Goku is a rippoff of both Kenshiro from Fist of the Norh star mixed with Son Wukong. Ryu is based off the myth of Hadou in which a person can channel their energy into a physical force (same place North Star go it's fire balls. Dragon Ball got it from North Star though with not from the original myth)
