@501liaqat the tide changes into high or low every 6th hour i had the same problem i went there every day to see and it was high but some day it was low so you just need patience and then after some time it will work. P.S. the time doesn't count if you don't play.

Lol. Just open up the cartridge and replace the battery. It will in no way harm your save file, just turn the clock back on. There should be tutorials online.

It can't be on the ice since you can only slide on it.

You can find the Snorunt on the blue tiles that you walk regularly on.

if the cave has still water in your game, just get out of it, run around outside the cave and check every now and then if the water tide got low.
