I learned it from a song called "taste just like chicken" by an old band called Scatterbrain (Scamboogery Album).

I can say it in about 7-8 seconds, but I have been saying it for 17 years as a challenge to all my fast talking friends (and maybe to show off every so often). I have no web cam so I can not post a video but I am glad to see it lives on beyond my mind :-)
