Bird flu - ha ha! How about the swine flu? Spanish flu, Asian flu....what's next? the horse, cow, chicken flu?

The recipe is great. I've made a similar one, lots of roots, peppers, garlic, ginger, etc. soaked in vinegar for a months or more. It is really great medicine for any flu (whatever they want to name it!).
