@lifeblood67 Wow got to disagree again. What you call a catastrophe I call a creative piece of work that not only shows the kid can sing but he can take a song and make it his own. If you want to listen to the original then go listen to Sarah or everyone else who tries to sing it JUST LIKE HER! I luv Sarah's rendition but I appreciate his arrangement and his ability to deliever it in his own original style.

Already is a great singer!! Need to check out the rest of his songs from Idol and his cover songs!! The kid can sing and write. Not forgetting that R. Jackson called him a genius and Jennifer called him brilliant! Not bad for a 17 y.o.

My personal opinion is that you should not sing this song if you can't do the climax of it and will try to get away with a cheap falsetto instead.

And no offense, but this guy's oversinging makes Christina Aguilera sound tame.

Glad that people can express their opinions on YT. There are however no right or wrong opinions with music. It is just our own feelings and impressions. In my opinion Robbie was one of the most talented and consistent singers on Season 10. His wild card performance was incredible. His rendition of Gravity was one of the most creative and original I ever heard. I felt it was absolutely the right choice! How cool is it that at 16 he could take a song, make it his own & sing it with such feeling!!!

@MrV1cer I DISAGREE, I think this is one of the best versions of Gravity out there. It's a tribute to this young man's talent that he made this song his own while keeping the integrity of the original intact. It is sung with emotion few singers have today. Watching Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez , it's clear they liked it too!

@Idolsuperfan if that's your opinion i disagree, this song is overkill on everything the original is the best , period and point blank. The fact that it's a HE singing it even though there are notes he cannot hit (because he went falsetto meaning he did not have the range). I cannot argue the man's talent because i do not follow him, however i can argue that I am completely unbiased because i heard the original dozens of times and know for a fact that some judges on t.v. probably force emotions.
