  • man even though you are from up north i swear you would fit right in with our southern bunch i am from florida but not the fucking disneyworld tourist florida i live in the tater and cabbage growing growing part plus we raise a lot of cattle so we know southern cooking and you seem to have it nailed your welcome at our table any time

  • We butcher our own hogs & make sausage, WE put ALOT of sage in it and more garlic than the storebought shit. And red pepper flakes for heat. When I make gravy, I also use a bunch of black pepper too. Love that flavor! Pretty simple meal that sticks to your ribs

  • Reminds me of my wife's grandmother when she would make biscuits and Gravy (Minus the beer). Your way is almost the same as the "Down Home Kentucky Method"!

    I've got a great shot of one of my buddies slamming a double barrel Molson shotgun on a business trip a few years ago. I miss the good ol' days! No drinking around the wife and kids.

  • Good for you, making the meatloaf. Don't eat so much! lol The tartar sauce is basically mayo, relish, lemon and worchestershire, sauce. The potatoes are ur basic mashed BUT with a shot of horse radish. Hope that helps. =)
