We butcher our own hogs & make sausage, WE put ALOT of sage in it and more garlic than the storebought shit. And red pepper flakes for heat. When I make gravy, I also use a bunch of black pepper too. Love that flavor! Pretty simple meal that sticks to your ribs
Now with the beans and bacon fat, the cornbread and this dish.... Your half Redneck! Next thing ya know you'll be cooking greens and oakra Yuk! hahaha..
