no, that is because of hardware limitations. But you can change the drivers, that is lines of codes the camera use to take pictures.

yes, try the link in the video. There you can find all the infos you need. It will take some time to understand, but after that it's easy like pie :D. The forum is in english, and with google, you can translate it in many languages. You have to register freely first
