  • if you're not this if youre not that....lol

  • I agree that we should stay active and look healthy while we are depressed and feel like life is not worth living. Then others will not understand what is happening in our lives because we will look healthy we just won't be healthy mentally or spiritually adding to the overall disconnect.

  • "never explain - your friends don't need it and your enemies will never believe you anyway." Anyone telling you to "be" a certain way. They should sort their own lives out before judging others.

People without real power in their lives love to pick on those they see as powerless or vulnerable.

The mentally ill have experienced this for far too long and sanctimonious preaching is savage and cruel towards the sick.

    Kharma.

Every word you say - every judgment you make. Someone is watching.

  • Look. People feel an entitlement to dump on those living with endogenous and long term or short term mental illness.

The reason being that they don't understand and can never understand what an individual is going through.

So rather than try to understand it's simpler to simply label the mentally ill as : "lazy" or "not trying hard enough.

Hitler was a real supporter of the agenda of making people "do". Plenty of exercise and do it my way - the best way.

Injustice comes in many forms indeed.

  • . thank you dr.bellonzi you really care and help!!

    all the best

  • I'd rather be depressed on my chair, than be healthy wearing that ridiculous blue shirt.

  • @smurfylaa please respect people like him , who are trying to help so many other people, ... at least he tries to provide ways to fight depression, and what do u do ? throw useless comments about something as insignificant as a shirt.

  • As well if you have an understanding of biology you wouldnt be as skeptical to what hes saying, it makes perfect sense biologically, dont rely on others opinions, do your own research too.

  • These comments are ridiculous and assuming, he said SOME DEPRESSIONS NEED TO HAPPEN, he's only suggesting that you allow your body to decide if you are really depressed or have brought it on yourself through lack of exercise and dis-self-respect.

There are many people out there, porbably many of you who are glued to the computer screen watching you tube and dont understand why you "don't feel well", thats all he's sayin!!!!!!!

  • So depression has nothing to do with seeing your family shot and murdered in front of you when you where 11 years old. Just go for a walk all sorted.

So depression has nothing to do with seeing your parents beating you and locking you in a cupboard all day do some swimming this will fix it.

  • Sure, exercise is great if your a bit down and I agree it will help. However I have clinical depression where it is a battle to get out of my bed n the morning. Exercise does not help, I do weight lifting, jogging, basketball, football. I am in good shape. Yet all I do is get worse, if there is 1 day where I don't self harm i feel like I have over come a huge challenge. Remember looking through this video there is a difference between being depressed and having depression. Keep fighting.

  • Besides activity, you need to correct the negative automatic thoughts like "people think I'm weird" or "i'm no good at this" or "eh, she would think im boring". Those are the mindkillers, those are what cause the EMOTION. You can mask it with drugs, you can read all the books you want, but until you reprogram your automatic self-talk, you will keep getting the emotions that result from it. It takes forced repetition for at least 21 days to change one negative thought, permanently.

  • what a compleate idiot?????? Exersise! If you have severe depression no matter how much exersise you do "DOES NOT HELP PERIOD!"

  • i never exersise :(

  • Depression is not always caused be external issues with relationships, work, death of loved ones. Sometimes it biological or idiopathic. It comes out of the blue or gradually and subtly, the progress is so gradual one day you wake up and realize that you are severely depressed. I have no motivation, I had to drop out of school, nothing satisfies. No joy, just apathy. So tired, so tired...

  • you obviously have never been severely depressed, and please tell me what people are suppose to do if they are disabled. God help you in your later years that you actually experience major depression. you have no clue. Jan

  • This is BULLSHIT. I used to do some intense cardio workouts well before I started experiencing depressive symptoms. The depression slowly ate away at my energy until it was even affecting me while i was exercising.

I still feel like killing myself and have low self-esteem even though people say i have a muscular body and great athleticism.

This video is so fucking dumb it should be taken off youtube -_-

  • what if you're depressed because you can't talk to people because of social anxiety? I can run all the fudge I want and it's not gonna take away my depression.

  • @neotri45 dude, i feel the same way..

  • Exercise doesn't help severe depression long term for a lot of people.

I've been exercising nearly everyday for months (cardio and strength training) and eating well. I'm not (and never have been) on any medication for my depression/anxiety either.

I get a runner's high and feel good for about an hour or two after a workout. Then I eventually sink back into the depression.

  • newer research shows that most ppl respond just as well if not BETTER to exercise - not a few lame crunches, AEROBIC exercise - ever heard of runner's high? Exercise helps depression for 3 reasons: endorphines, deep relaxation and a sense of mastery i.e. you gotta sweat! This is real - scientists dedicate their lives to research to help sick ppl. It's too bad when ignorant ppl think docs are frauds just bc the FDA or pharm co's are.

STOP READING INTERNET CONSPIRACY THEORIES AND GO OUTSIDE!

  • antidepressants only work for SEVERELY depressed people. Most people with clinical depression fall into the mild-moderate category. We are pumped full of meds because all the old research was conducted on patients with severe depression. In reality, most people react the EXACT SAME to sugar pills that they THINK are meds as they do to real meds. So all this "chemical imbalance" stuff, it's just a THEORY, it's a part of depression. A part that makes "PROZAC" a household name.

    Exercise works.

  • I´ll quit smoking now! and I´ll make exercise all days

  • like people that are depressed are depressed for a reason tablets are not goin to solve it you need to deal with the issues at hand.

  • i totally 110% can say that exercise helps and concores depression.their is noting better then going into a gym and gettin a good hour of exercise done, you feel way better and mentally sharper afterwards.i was told by doctors that i was mentally depressed and they put me on tablets but i hated the meds i felt like a walking zombie the meds did not solve the problems of my depression they just stoped your thinkin made me numb and made my confidence go, all in all the meds made me worse.

  • if u dont exercise u r in trouble :)

  • Shut the fuck up you bald dumbass, I Don't feel like going out and doing crunches when i would rather fucking sit back, and try to feel better by having fun with friends.

  • Has anyone stopped to realized that severely depressed people can barely get out of bed , let alone exercise. Antidepressants (some) work ok for panic attacks but i have yet to meet anyone they worked for on their depression...

  • Notice that supporters of this video argue with supports of mainstream psychiatry and FDA when BOTH are fraud. Notice no person mentions that both are ineffective and instead take one of the two ineffective sides. Shows how programmed and fake the population is. Looks like a group of people arguing whether a capsule full of lactose or a capsule full of corn starch would be a better cure for migranes. Two or more Placebo-Tards face each other, each being fraud and a false dichotomy .

  • I feel aweful when exercising at all and it makes me much worse, plus puts me in physical pain. never in my life has it had a mental effect. it wont work on depression anymore than it would on schizophrenia. this guy is another programmed fraud. The internet is fraud, mainstream and alternative alike. Mainstream Antidepressants = Fraud : This guy's Videos = Fraud as well. Other alternative videos = Fraud. Regular doctors = Fraud. Alternative Doctors = Fraud. Morton's Forks , False Dichotomies.

  • yeah guy i thnk you missin some shit too like you hair get off your ass! why dont you not be a dick...know it all dick

  • Sorry, guys, you're not going to solve depression by doing a Rocky-inspired exercise montage. You need to eat, exercise, sleep well, but also to stabilize your mood with antidepressants and then address the underlying cause via psychiatrist/therapist/psych nurse etc.

If you don't have that triad of treatments, you're just gonna be one physically fit depressed person.

  • thx

  • 15 people need to turn off the damn TV for a day.

  • Thank you! :)

    love to you

  • Listen to this spastic cunt, talking shit straight out his mouth

Exercise doesn't cause depression, and anti-depressants do work better than placebo. You just need to find the right one, out of 31 or so.

Im 15, i exercise around an hour a day average? i can jog 10k or more, do you see me enjoying life?, nope, everthings fucking dull and hopeless. Stop putting your bullshit opinions on youtube, your just going to make people think that its their fault they have depression

  • @ween121 even if your situation is not addressed here i believe the numbers are huge who need to hear exactly this hang in there time is on your side

  • @ween121 You are 15. Teenagers are naturally prone to moodiness. Keep up the exercise and you will pull through. Being a teenager sucks all around.

  • [94.5] Indeed, hardship is followed by ease,

[94.8] and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility).

  • exicerise is good. EFT , "emotional freedom technique" is awesome, cures drepression

  • Emotional Freedom Technique cures depression. "EFT" Check it out.

  • THIS IS A CHIROPRACTOR. HE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO TREAT OR DIAGNOSE DEPRESSION.

  • I do Jamie, but my clients are always encouraged to use a cleanse first; the follow-up nutrition/exercise gets them the rest of the way with the fat loss and overall health. :)

  • I like it!!

  • I like it!!

  • "excercise may help some people, doesn't help everyone." MY grandma smoked cigarettes till she was 80 years old. The exception does not make the rule!

He is right! Depression is a big money maker for the drug companies! Like he said Why do you want doctors to run your life?! I for one plan to get off my lazy ass!

  • This is so cruel... "get off your ass" .... What you are saying may have some truth but this sort of language is the last thing a depressed person needs to hear in most cases.

  • @mikeleza get off your ass and take a walk?? is that ok... he did say get off your ass and make 10 million dollars.

  • @888Kharami I don't know what you are talking about.

All I am saying is, that many people with depression are very sensitive and language like this can have an even more depressing effect. You could deliver the same message with a manner of communication.

  • excercise may help some people, doesn't help everyone. i had a shrink that told me exercise would cure my depression so I started jogging miles daily, it didn't work. So I added a bikram yoga class on top of the jogging. I got very muscular and good looking, and physically I felt great, but my depression ups and downs remained unchanged.

It's amazing to me how unbelievably ignorant psychologists can be in their own field.

depression is not caused by a lack of exercise.

  • his voice is just....so.......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • i think this fucking topic is stupid.. u cant get a depression person off his ass.. especially when they are depressed.. u need to give them time..

  • @Scubafreak87 If I would put more effort in my workout, I would kill myself. I already blew one knee out and both of my ellbows are worthless, so what???

  • This is simplistic. Exercise can help some people but not all. Not saying don't exercise - but I am saying that people with true depression aren't NECESSARILY going to come out of it by exercise. It is a tool in the toolbox of possible remedies to dis-ease.

  • I workout 6 days a week. Two hours a day and I still have depressions. So that means, If I didn't do sports, I would have already killed myself?

  • to keyboardplaya that doesn't matter..you should still find some time to get exercise outside of tennis. different types of exercise also have mental benefits, not just physical.

  • All this makes perfect sense, only thing is...people that are feeling depressed, or are infact seriously depressed, have a real hard time getting of their asses...so what's the cure for that then?...depression is way more serious than most of us realise...and i'm not even talking about people with suicidal thoughts/tendencies, even people who suffer from "mild' depression have a hard time getting of their asses....OY! GET OF YER ARSE! HAHAHA!

  • Yes you can still have all sorts of problems even if you exercise. But exercise reduces some problems. If you dont want to go out, try to get a well made (not overloaded, expensive) recumbent bike that you can put in front of your tv or some kind of entertainment that you can watch or listen to. Dont overdo exercise, just feel good. Some people have been put in impossible situations by family, neighbors, etc and some people cant even come out of their rooms. Talking can help that sometimes.

  • I dont know a great deal about neurotrasnmitters etc but i do know that exercise if important, even if its a walk around the block. But i also know that many people are restricted in what they do, or dont feel safe, sometimes justifiably so, in exercising. Abusive situations, hostile neighbors etc. Try to start walking a few minutes a day and build up but you dont need hours every day, what this guy says is right. If neighbors are hassling you try to drive somewhere nearby where they ARENT!

  • Why go to a mental health professional if there is some bozo with a YouTube channel who is just as good?

  • I do five hours exercise a week and still suffer from OCD and depression. Go figure.

  • @StationMotivation i have the same but i have social anxiety disorder aswell but do you drink alcohol?

  • @StationMotivation yes agree, that is good to do but need more things other than exercise

  • Another quack courtesy of psychetruth.

  • This is complete bullshit. I was a long-distance runner in top shape when I, also, tried to commit suicide. I am so sick of doctors passing off REAL illness because it's easier to just say "it's your own fault". By the way, quit referring to "studies" if you're not actually going to cite any.

  • @lucylepley i worked out 4 times a week and practiced a martial art and I also attempted suicide. I have recently found out that Candida albicans can cause havoc in our digestive tract. i am trying the anti candida diet. Depression is a major symptom

  • Happiness is nothing more than good health and a bad memory.

    Albert Schweitzer

  • It's nice to believe that exercise will help depression. But it's naive to think that exercise will help people who suffer from major depression due to a lack of serotonin in the brain. People who are suicidal and suffer from major depression need psychiatric help and need to be put on medication, not just exercise . This Dr is BS and it's dangerous to listen to him.

  • you = stupid BOIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I just rain/jogged two miles...I'm not gonna sit on my ass all day like a "bowl of soup".

I am biology.. and he's right. If I can't sit here, be healthy, and lose this goddamn depression...

then I'll run my way to happiness.

  • @TutorialClarity

lol I hope that was sarcasm.

  • @niclovelykisses Quiet fool, why would I listen to you with no medical background or experience on this subject. Get fucked.

  • the bald man gave an excellent piece of advice, actually its not advice its the morale booster for our fat asses

  • the problem is i have chronic fatigue syndrome and im so tired that i just sit there

  • Good job!

  • Beautiful. Very informative.***

  • Thanks, you have inspried me to get fit. Im gonna do it, starting from how. Im going to start cycling, eating right and going to the Gym! :D

  • I have recently come off anti-depressives and am very depressed. But I think the exercise idea is a good one and I will start tomorrow. Antidepressives may just keep you going but they may also inhibit your natural self from changing your life. I think that if you want to get high again you have to look at your life and see where it needs to be changed. Create hope and fight.

  • If you don't do all this, you'll lose your hair .....

  • Don Tolman or Weston Price on youtube my friend ........ Dianetics if you are in your own head ???

  • very brilliant mate. if u write back do it on my channel

  • Exercise alone won't cure depression, but it does help.

Exercise, healthy diet and a strong positive mind, will all help to combat depression.

  • So does the sunshine. Vit. D.

  • Gotta luv the sunshine!

  • Exercise is NOT a replacement for drugs..... How can he explain athletes still suffering from depression? Bollucks.... exercise ALONE will not cure severe depression, regardless of type.

  • I feel better when I excercise, but as soon as I stop im depressed again.

I'm not saying it doesnt work, im just saying that there's more to depression than not having enough excercise.

  • my form of excersize is why im more depressed than usual. im 17 and on my varsity bball team,... i hate every second of it.. not cuz of the work. im 6'3 270 but ive been conditioned so sprinting doesnt rely affect me too bad.. its the part where my dramatic coach is a fukin asshole and my team is all these "cool" asshole kids. im the only starter thats not an asshole.. im more of a ddep thinker even tho im a crazy athelet for my size.. ugh. i dnt know what to do. i hate bball..please soomeone he

  • I jack off like 5 times a day. It gets my cardio up and I feel better about myself

  • and my kind of exercise is running by the way.

  • i'm kinda depressed, and i have to reduce exercise cuz' i can't become thinner(i have to just get 2Kg fatter) due to a chronic disease i have. and the guy is absolutely right. Workout is better than any pill or medicine out there. but i have to reduce it. i thought i found a cave to hide but i found the bear's hideout. no luck in anything.

  • This is a great video, some exercise is good, you dont need to go to a gym. Even just walking is something.

  • I feel so depressed now. I normallly excercise and I knew I was getting depressed. Today I feel helpless into depression!

I will push myself into exercise and hope I get better.

  • Many disabled people in America even don't use manual wheelchairs anymore (those who can use their arms) - they prefer to press the buttons on their electric ones instead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - DON'T GIVE YOURSELVES ANOTHER EXCUSE!

  • Even if you can't walk you can exercise. There are people in wheelchairs who play sports. Don't let anything stop you.

  • i believe he never mentioned people who cant walk, and im willing to bet hed tell you like im about yove got a ewhole body.

anywhoo idf like you Dr. Vincent i actually have been exisiriseing while listening to the phychethetruth channel.now im off to spinn more rope and swing swords....^^

  • Question ok,I had a terrible accident and after 3 years still cannot walk. The whole left side of me is metal etc: I was in the arts of dance 27 years I built floors I did it all.I sit in a chair for a reason and the depressed part is from not having my life again.like before.I'm sorry I do not agree with this. Some of us cannot walk or move limbs therfore causing such deep overwhelming depression and hoplessness you have no idea unless you are in our shoes ty.

  • i really do feel 4 u man (or woman), i am sorry for you dis fortune, i wanted to say that god still cares for you and not to lose faith and if you dnt hav 1 pick up the kebra negast version of the bible, also i am not some bible bashing loony i jus read your story and it made me think...... but any way i am just rambling on now, but i hope you have a nice life mate, peace love and unity Martie" aka efil4renots

  • @Desireslace

I understand you and I hope you are feeling better

  • This video just made me depressed for not sticking to exercise years ago!

  • lol yea get off your ass! feel better!

  • true true! :)

    thanks for this vid.

  • y are you in a spider web?

  • o wow. now i see it. thats creepy xD

  • @philylennon are you stupid hes in a stick archway with plants growing on it

  • @ieatdeadbabies101 Lol are you so stupid and humourless that you actually thought that I thought he was in a spider web!? LOL what douchey dumb ass.

  • @philylennon WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO RUDE???

  • @ieatdeadbabies101 that's how stupid people are...often !! humor seriously is lacking in many people ... great sign of illness !

  • @philylennon He saw Spiderman 3 and got caught in a web of depression o.O

  • How did religion get pulled into this video?? Focus on the content people.

  • True, exercise does help IF you can convince yourself while your achy tired moody and depressed it helps. Get a dog, that way you HAVE to exercise.

  • Right. Depression results from low neurotransmitter output; therefore some people need antidepressants because the brain is not getting that exercise message. Exercise helps N T output in normally healthy people though. There are natural antidepressants such as St John's Wort and others.

  • I know about St. John's wort I take it every day 3 times a day plus a herbal anti anxiety medicine, so there are options instead of Main stream medicines that have severe side effects sometimes.

  • @OldskolFan

right but depession may be caused by lifestyle and deep disappointment. I think depression is the mind/body telling you that you need to do something very different to changes ones life.

  • If you listen then you can question :) Use what resonates within you. Wish you all the best.

  • the only way to do this is to convert to islam and become a MuSLIM and pray five times a day ,this is one of the secrets in muslim prayers ..learn more about islam and o.m.g one prayer = around 10 min of physical activity its a mericle

  • True Islam is a good thing, but remember 1 hour of work in the spirit of service is worth 100 hours of prayer and meditation. Work in the service of Alla, Jahova, Jesus, Dios, God and mankind is prayer.

    Respect

  • Thanxs but NO thanxs. Stop PUTTING comments that are off topic.

  • dummys i call them and dreamers!! exercise works healthy body healthy mind unheathly body unhealthy mind SIMPLES!!

  • work up a sweat everyday! it works guyzzz

  • this cat sounds like he's telling what to do...

  • wow that's a really immature thing to say

  • great video! :)

  • i tried gyms. that grossed me out. i broke my knee doing long distance running. the best i found is walking couple with stretching.

  • excercise is 100% cure for anxiety and depression, i am proof, must be aerobic and running 45 day,

  • Am glad it works for you, doesn't necessarily mean it works for everyone, so while I like to workout, it doesn't cure it.

Every person is different, however anti depressants generally raise endorphins, and you can get the same high with exercising.

I have had my depression for a very long time, and the cure isn't likely to come today or tomorrow

  • i don't see why people are giving this guy a hard time, about the exercise. obviously this is for people who DON'T exercise and are depressed.

  • Some of us work 14 - 26 hours per day in very physically demanding jobs....no job security...low pay....

    And really DEPRESSED about it.

  • I used to study Aikido..my teacher said to use it at work, be aware of your posture, use your ki energy consciously. It does help if you have a hard job like that...it makes the day more interesting as well. You don't feel like your just workin for da man.

  • i know what you mean, but i've never worked anything over 24hrs in a day

  • do the drink there blues away? ....

  • i play football or what they say in america 'Soccer' all the time when i do i 4get all my problems and forget why i hate myself soo much but after it all stats coming back....dosent work

  • yes but when you play, you feel great. If you did other things besides football, it will be great, and you will great.

Then, once you fit, mentally and physcally, try and deal with what really is getting you down. Then the lows wont be as low...

  • He's right I quit smoking and got a gym membership... I saw fat people at the gym that were fit (obviously there diet sucked!) so I ate only clean healthy food with high protein. I was an alchoholic and very fat because of it ...Within two months I lost 16kg/35pd and I gradually reduced my drinking because I simply didn't need to drown my sorrows every night. Now I rarely drink workout everyday I can and I feel human again!

  • this is insanely creepy.

    but yet helpfull...

  • he looks like the guy from lost

  • theres a good video especialy if your suffering from teenage depression (relationship depresion) watch.

    Solution for Depression

wise words from a wise man

  • love the title dude haha

  • I get off my ass every time I walk over to the bed and lie down on my stomach. I still don't feel better.

  • i've danced, i've been a gymnast, i exercised my ASS off for years and i still want to kill myself. I agree it helps a lot of people, but exercise is not the magic bullet for everyone. For some people the ONLY cure is a real bullet.

  • Lol. Sorry I don't mean to laugh at your pain- I've been there. I'm just admiring your dark humor- it's quite tasteful!

  • Thanks, just because you want to kill yourself doesn't mean you have to loose your sense of humour :)

  • So true!

  • thank you Dr.

  • Hmm, so even though I was competing in tennis tournaments and playing on the varsity team in high school, and still attempted suicide more than once, I wasn't moving my ass enough?

  • @keyboardplaya No you're just a douchebag who should have succeeded.

  • dude My family on both sides have a long history of depression and anger, so I am always getting a speach on how I SHOULD be taking anti-depressants but I never wanted to and I still dont want to. so I haven't. trying neural learning out for a try. But this idea of getting proper exercise is just brilliant. and makes perfect sense. I have the problem of loosing my momentum then feeling bad and "stewing". but not today. Today is mine And you video has opened my eyes to a healthier way of life

  • Walk Your Dog! Start there...clear your mind of it's crap while your dog takes care of its needs. Half hour or more, a mile or more, you'd be amazed in the difference it makes.

  • your voice relaxes me

  • I love the title!! Get off your ASS! :)

It's so FUN to MOVE MY BODY!

  • why didn't I marry a man like you? I bet you'd not only talk me into health but be right by my side doing it too. I know, NO EXCUSES.

  • If exercise is too stimulating you have to

    do something like Tai Chi.

  • Thank you so much for taking the time to post this information. I've been fighting major clinical depression for a while now and in just 5 minutes you put forth a very clear and convincing argument for the overall benefits of exercise. Something my husband has been trying to tell me for years, lol

  • I have always said that exercise or really physical work gives me energy. But I

am under weight , had a bad accident and find I tire very easily. but I'll keep trying. Physical work is the only thing that is going to increase my appetite. The next day I'll be exhausted, but doing nothing isn't helping me either. Thought I'd put on weight , but just lost my appetite and yeah I can see myself waisting away. I'll go back and give it a shot. thanks.

  • This is great video! :) I find exercising a great way to relieve stress. I enjoy jogging and walking. After I am done I feel much calmer & very relaxed.

  • Hmmm........ That's kind of funny. I have depression I'm not out of shape but I can't workout like you're talking about. After i was in a car accident and recieved surgery I was diagnosed with a couple heart conditions which limit my activities... so what you're saying is.. I'm fucked?

  • if you can move your body you can exercise, think of options, there is always a way to make the best of a bad situation. Good luck to you

  • Tool: can you just go for a walk or use a treadmill?

  • I personally found dancing to be the most therapeutic thing I've done in my life for emotional and physical well-being. It's great to get out there and socialize with people who share the same motivation and it doesn't feel like work after a few months, it is an indulgence.

  • hi, what sort of dance do you do? i've never danced in my life but i would like to start, not sure what sort of dance to take though.

  • do you think you would feel comfortable dancing socially? are you going to need to build more phsycial stamina? ballet, hiphop, oriental (belly), salsa (also bachata, reggaeton, Etc), ballroom, flamenco, tapdance...it depends on your taste in music and social setting. you can even learn off a tape at first.

  • i do need to build more physical stamina, thanks for the sugestions.... i will looks into them..

  • Bellydance worked for me! So fun, too!!!

  • "Get Off Your Ass"

Apparently, you're trying to tell me something.

  • Great advice and explanation for being physically active. Everyone should watch this.

  • Interesting video!!!

  • I love your video's, you are so right.

    Lauren:)

  • ***** Yeah!

  • I don't exercise, and I am in trouble... Why dosn't "just knowing this" motivate me? Tink

  • Your so right here. It does help with depression and stress relief as well as making you feel over all better everyday. After a while your body actually does crave the exersise.

  • Yes, yes, yes, it's so true. People don't believe me when I tell them that I crave to lift some weights. The hardest part is to get started, incredible.

  • Me too, I crave exercise with my women!

  • Noddy is right, though. There's nothing wrong with the exercise that comes from sex. And it's really good for releasing stress and easing emotional anxiety.

  • Excellent advice and well produced as usual!
