It's unlikely when we got a UFO wich stands still in the sky, and when the camera zooms in, that the object will move shortly after. It's either a coincidence or a mistake by the hoaxer. As a hoaxer you want to give as many detail "possible" for the scam. Like in the Haiti UFO or similar ones the camera keeps a strait line following it (very unlikely) But, some are very difficult for a hoax.

The fact that we can't get very many clear shots of UFOs may speak volumes about their propulsionsystems. If they are using a field propulsion system of some kind, the energy put off by the system could very well interfere with the ability to get that elusive clear shot- sort of like x-rays fogging film.
