SB 1070 states, "A law enforcement official or agency of this state or a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state may not consider race, color or national origin in implementing the requirements of this subsection except to the extent permitted by the United States or Arizona Constitution." I take it you're suggesting the criminals you mentioned have not been captured, tried, and sentenced? Or that you're suggesting I don't think that a criminal should be punished and imprisoned because he/she is white? Are you always this obviously and flagrantly racist?

This law has everything to do with slowing down drug runners, kidnapping, and murder. Stop drinking the cool-aid and come up with a real argument instead of a racist diatribe.
