Please. This is minor street flooding. We're used to it, just like those up north are used to heavy snow. To you anti-New Orleans people- name ONE place in the world that is not prone to some kind of natural calamity. Have you ever heard of earthquakes, massive forest fires, and tornadoes? Idiots!
