well actually i have hardness to control my legs while moving forward you know you must get the power from the ground to your legs trhen to your arms then you have to turn your face to upside down so you can see the place where you took off but i can't stay on 2 arms for more than 5 seconds what you did is that you jumped using your arms and the speed you got to jump into the air for 7.8 sconds then you just landed i can't rejump after on arms so i always land really hard on my full back

@AngelsWithSpears Yeah it takes a bit getting used to it. Just be patient and just get used to it, don't go to far ahead in tutorials either start basic, it took me almost 6 months to start making anything really happen in After Effects.

This effect can be done with approximately 5 clicks :)

Right click clip > time > enable time remapping > click the keypoint button where you want the effect > press F9 for the Easy Ease effect.

Simple but powerful! :3
