  • @99stanky looks can be deceiving ask the wife

  • Starts at 1:28 :)

  • Another question.. Will this routine help build bigger traps? It seems no matter what I do, my traps don't seem to be getting any bigger.. Any exercises I should add to this for traps? Or is this just as much for traps as it is for shoulders?

  • @eeeminemisthebest999 Shrugs, upright rows, bent over laterals, are all good for traps, but remember good quality muscle is built through hard heavy exercise and diet and supplementation, protein, creatine ethyl ester, glutamine and tribulus are a must, and a minimum.

    Paul

  • I have a question. For the superset, do you still do 4 sets of 8 reps for each of the 2 exercises?

  • @eeeminemisthebest999 Yes you do it as you would normally its just more intense, you may have to drop the weight on the 2nd set so as to keep the intensity, remember to have short rests as well

    Paul

  • What do you do for a living bro? NICE HOUSE Haha

  • @JacobBlowes yes can be quite normal, however make sure you warm up first i.e. use a light weight and do about 15 reps this will get the synovial fluid, (oil) to flow around the joint, also try glucosamine as well as thats really effective, also try the arnold press where by you rotate the weight as you do a shoulder press

    Paul

  • do you speak English?

  • @SuperVash01 Normally its my frist language lol

  • Paul, spot on mate, enjoyed that! Talks me through everything nicely explaining what to do, what not do and why.

Thanks bud, going to be using this from now on.

By the way, the weights "dungeon" is epic lol

  • Good tutorial.

  • nice workout~~~!

  • the luck of the irish

  • do these "chaps" in england not have gargages

  • @jamieandseth yes they are for cars

  • @Allmaxuk the man himself commented back.. nice haha nice crib to

  • @jamieandseth The man himself always comments back, and thanks for the biggup on the crib, I did it all myself, well mostly anyway, hence I now have a gym.

    Paul

  • Your menorah is crooked.

    Paul

  • thanx man great work out

  • Go in a GYM my friend its much more fun and bigger motivation!

  • @TheValmirZz hi my friend, I have been in gyms for 30 years, check out my newly built home gym, Im an ex international Pole Vaulter, so dont need no one but myself to motivate me,

  • Your candles are crooked.

  • how much are u using

  • @metrix500 hi there, are you on about weight, if so then its as much as you can safely handle, using good technique but also put enough strain on the muscle to create growth

    paul

  • You explain it so well comapred to most other guys on youtube. Very much appreciated. Cheers bro!

  • do you live in a castle?

  • @dafreshmen NOOOOO lol the middle of the house just has some nice stone

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk

I still think its a castle.

  • good video!

  • best accent eveeeeeeeeeer

  • @MrPoniljkka as long as you enjoyed something lol

    Paul

  • Love your house man!

  • @clearlife3 thanks man, what about hte video lol

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk it's great I was looking for work outs to increase my basketball shot strength.

  • @clearlife3 all strength training will help, you need strong legs for plyometric jumping, strong shoulders to barge people off the ball etc, so a total all over body split routine will help you immensly for any sport

    Paul

  • @clearlife3 for Basketball I would really advice you not to train like this only doing 8 reps. I'd rather do something like 12, doing high weight low reps will decrease your flexibility. The exercises in this vid are good but just take less weight and more reps.

  • @Dalaryna K thank you

  • surely for side lateral raises you should be starting at your side and not your front to limit momentum?

  • @BenAyrre theres an argument for front as I do them for a greater range of movement, and you pause at the bottom so you discount movement anyway, and stopping at the side, its kinda the same thing, splitting hairs really, the main thing is to do the routine and adapt it to your own technique equipment etc

    Paul

    dinosaurnutrition(dot)com

  • can i get the castle

  • @bobbyoty its not a castle, in fact its an old cow shed, NOT SO GLAMOUROUS NOW lol

  • He is straight working out in a castle, hahaha! that is awesome

  • @InstantLunch77 Castle I wish, it just has some nice stone work.

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk, it looks like a castle because the candles in the background, lookin like sum barbaric shit from the Ireland

  • I saw a guy today with enourmous arm muscles. But was all bony at his shoulders. it was scary

  • @XrandomkX thats why you train each body part lol

  • thanks for this!!!

  • @comeondown123 thanks buddy

  • Pretty accurate. I'm a personal trainer and I do a lot of workouts like this. Good video

  • @therealkyarush thanks very much for that

  • nice accent

  • @pikey2905 me accent never lol

  • @Allmaxuk where in England is that accent from? It sounds just like that actor Jason Statham.

  • @pikey2905 well Pikey, its not a southern shandy Drinker, Im from Stoke on Trent Robbie Willaims land

  • @Allmaxuk well bloody hell, I'm from a town in the northeast of England called Barlow. Cheerio mate. Thanks for the vids. And one final question if I may, My elbows and knee caps are killing me, what can I do?

  • @futb0lista7777777 of course you can just listen to your body and the medical professionals, look up arnold press, this is where you rotate the dumbbell when doing shoulder press, remember that building up the muscles around the shoulder joint will help greatly, good luck

  • @Allmaxuk thank you, one quick question after i feel better with my shoulder..but still not completly healed do you think i can start working out on biceps triceps? do you think it will cause any harm to my shoulder?

  • @futb0lista7777777 you should be doing abs, lower body etc already as they dont incorporate your shoulder joint, and yes if you are able to lift a dumbbell for shoulders, you can do back, chest and triceps as you need to work all the stabilisers around the shoulder joint, but as always listen to your body, pain is an indication something is wrong, so only start when you are ready and start gently.

    paul

  • @Allmaxuk paul your great bro! aprreciate it

  • @futb0lista7777777 No problem my friend, its why I do it

    Paul

  • thanks paul , finally someone who will actually help , hopefully i will see results!

  • @1878Theboys info @ dinosaurnutrition . com ask any question

    Paul

  • paul

im an 18 year old ,im only 5ft 8 and slim but im determined to get bigger at home

  • @1878Theboys Hey there, will send you a private email with a workout and eating plan, also a supplements plan as well, Dinosaur Nutrition of course lol

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk i was just wondering if i could get a list too, and by the way this is a great vieo looking forward to more of ur videos

  • Cardio even lol

  • Your videos are the best on YouTube to be honest. When are you getting some more videos uploaded and could I ask what do you do for card and when do you do it? Many thanks, Leon

  • @leroybrown1984 Hey Leroy, big thanks for the Big Up, Im doing more videos shortly as just completed my new gym, so easier to make more interesting videos now, in terms of cardio I do very little in the way of CV, however I rest very little inbetween sets so actually get a cardio workout with weights, but thats because it suits me, however for you do your weights and then CV that way you are freshest when doing the weights, as you emphasis is on muscle gains

    Paul

  • It's hard to trust a man who wears spandex shorts.

  • @riffism its not what the mans in but what comes out of the man, and I am no Bull**** and trustworthy

  • ok fine

  • hey i got a question for you.shoulders and deltoid workouts are the same?

  • @chganeshm yes your deltoids make up part of the shoulder muscle groups, hence on the video I work your shoulders in different directions to hit the different muscle groups

    Paul

  • @neo8785 I quite like it myself

    Paul

  • thanks man!!

  • @chganeshm no problem we are here to help

    Paul

  • @GuitarNek Thanks very much I work very hard

    Paul

  • Thank you so much man... A Great Video.... i was looking for this complete set... Thanx again

  • @tawahdi thanks for the compliment

  • nice candelabra and nice workout, thanks for the tips!

  • @SherlockGT Im afrad he candelabra has gone as we have had a redesign, but I will try to put soething for you in my next videos lol

  • Good stuff man! I just started getting serious about shoulders. I bookmarked this workout for sure.

  • @danrathersuckshairyb hey man thanks for the compliment

    Paul

  • Nice gloves, I see they match your purse

  • @endorphine99 No idea what that means but they are harley davidson gloves for the record

  • @endorphine99 Congrats! It means you shouldn't be afraid of calluses. The only reason gloves need apply is if you tear your hands.

  • @endorphine99 I used to be a great britain pole vaulter I have ripped more skin off the palms of my hands than most people will ever do in a lifetime, however I wear gloves now to protect my wedding ring, and it aids grip, and the wife loves soft hands.

    Paul

  • how many sets each exercise?

  • @pasmado26 I only do 2 Dorian Yates Mr Olympia used to do 1, most people would do 3-4 but its all about the intensity, Dorian did 1 set because it was heavy and always to failure.

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk thanks

  • Wow this is a great help. Thanks mate

  • I'm starting a new workout plan and I'm wanting to limit myself to working out 5 days a week. Which body parts should I put together in a work out and what body parts should be separate and be the only thing I workout for the day?

  • @jprez86 sent you a private message as it contains all the body parts and exercises. Enjoy and ggod luck

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk If you could please send me this private message you sent jprez, I would greatly appreciate it, thank you.

  • great video dude....very helpful!

  • @blutac20 thanks for the compliment dont forget if you are into your fitness then check out my main supplements site Dinosaur Nutrition, if theres anything you want we can do you a discounted deal

    Paul

  • dont change anything.. ummm just ur.. shorts? hehehe

  • @danielOconahap the shorts have been retired lol

  • VVVV i would work abs everday your abs heal faster than other muslces

  • Thanks. Should I work Abs every day or every other day?

  • @nutzzbeer abs are a muscle, so you wouldnt train a any other muscle group every day, so I would do thewm at most 3 times per week, then they will recover and improve, remember over training is the worst thing you can do and will destroy your gains

    Paul

  • I'm training four times a week. Can you tell me what body parts I should work on for each day?

  • Day1 Chest Biceps

    Day 2 Back Triceps

    Day 3 Shoulders

    Day 4 Legs

  • what about your abs? I didnt see any ab videos???????

  • @WorldExtremeCholo Abs are coming, as are lots more videos.

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk thanks man. I cant wait. great videos

  • where can i get a pair of those shorts?

  • @johnson83 stripey shorts are us

  • sweet thanks!!!

  • how many sets, and also can you see results in about lets say six weeks?

  • @UH15QBfan Hi there I actually only do 2 sets, but most people would do 3, the reason I do 2 is Im only after maintenance at the moment and my workout is all about intensity so I fatigue my muscles totally in 2 sets so I dont see the point in then doing another set.

In terms of results, yes you can see results in 6 weeks, but depending on your starting point, comitment, physiques and diet depends on your results, but remember training is all about consistancy and time.

    Paul

  • Nice video. Its cool that you live in a castle

  • @xCelsius451x hi there, its an old farm house nothing as grand as a castle, and thanks for the complment

  • thank you for the vid good job nd i was wondering at 3:54 does that also work ur deltoids?

  • Thanks for your willingness to teach. I was in pretty good shape when I retired from the military, but now I have become obese. Too many VA meds, PTSD and some injuries. I need to get back in shape. When I set up my room I'll use you to demonstrate how I should do a good workout. I have a Total Gym, some free weights, a speed bag and heavy bag, and Gold's Gym circuit training set. Now I need to quit just looking at them.

  • @sloopy312 email me at my private email and I will work you out a personal diet and exercise plan, as someone who is prepared to fight for the free world needs attention from us all, so it will be my pleasure to help you more indepth

    paul

  • Great Videos man.

    Felt the burn

  • Thanks for that and the 400th subscriber, hahaha I didnt expect to get 1, thanks to everyone

  • you look like a poomplex

  • Dont even know what one is

  • Ahahahahah!!!! Lmaoooo OMG!! I won't lie... You look like one those doofus wrestlers with those shorts on hahah!!! but I give respect to all the workouts you've done for us...

  • Thats because I am a world champ pro wrestler, so thats kinda an insult and a compliment lol fair play

  • frunt dumbal raisins

  • haha you try talkin and workin out, its not easy especially with a classic english accent

  • @Allmaxuk all respect bro, awesome workout

  • I always thought David Niven or Lawrence Olivier had "classic" English accents. The candelabra gives this video added class.

  • Noooo they have English movie accents, its not how we really speak lol, and you are right and very observant class is a candelabra and vest

  • Awesome Ricky Jarvis is hilarious!

  • Your vid is amazing man. Helped me out :)

  • are you joking? :|

  • Am I the only one that noticed his shorts? XD

  • No sir. LOL he's got the silliest shorts ever XD

  • I'm raw vegan which means i only eat fruits and vegetables and i build muscle pretty nice ;) without drinking or eating any protein product ! you just need good training and not this fake products !

  • great one mate, from a marine on the us

  • Great advices, thanks !

  • @hyundai0, yeh mate, doesnt matter if your taking protein or not, should be though (Y)

  • lovely one mate!

  • Totally agree

  • 1 question ... i m 16 years old , i m not taking any proteins , so should i do the same exercises ?

  • Absolutely, I never took any protein until I was 23 and was an international Track and Field Athlete, Pole Vault, and was ripped to shreds, so whilst protein adds you its not the be all and end all

    Paul

  • Hey,

quick question. I am working out at home for all body parts, except for squats. I squat heavy at the gym. How can I balance both regimens?

  • Biceps with Chest, Triceps with Back? What the hell?

90% of the pro bodybuilders I know do Biceps with Back and Triceps with Chest, since your incorporating the same muscle groups.

Sorry...but I'd rather take advice from someone who is "ripped".

  • Thats cool, but I was trained by mr Universe Shaun Dinosaur Davis, and the theory behind it is, when doing chest your tris are the stabaliser hence get worked, when training back your bis are the stabaliser so if you then then train them as I suggest you get two bi and tri workouts over the two workouts and as they are a smaller muscle group they can take it. Look up Shaun Dinosaur Davis he kinda knows his stuff

Im an athlete so my goal isnt to be ripped its just to be in shape,

    Paul

  • I guess that this doesn't really know lots of BB. And pros are the moste time of the year off season so they are fat. Only on season they are ripped. But you don't have to look like Arnold to know you stuff.

So many young guys here writing stupid critics.

BTW I like British English. It sounds so sophisticated. A. E. sounds like ...

  • Well said.

  • thanks Paul!!

  • you workout at home or you workout in the gym??

do you have to ever workout in a gym?

  • ur not suppose to hold ur breath or else blood flow wont reach the contracted muscles

  • yeah I replied to him over that, as it also helps rythym as well as reoxygenating the blood so aiding recovery

  • why cant u hold your breath?

  • breathing helps in a number of ways,

    1 timing

    2 makes you more powerful

3 reoxygenates the blood so aiding recovery.

    Paul

  • Nice, very nice. Thank you.

  • Great vid, surely you got the charisma!

    5 stars, thanks for sharing.

  • kind of distracting cause your so sexy but loved the workout tips.

  • Very Good Advice and exercises from a good old scouser! Will try them in the gym later. Cheers mate.
