HOLY...
I was just searching for some place to learn phlebotomy/ekg/vp so I can get this job...but i thought of checking on youtube cuz you can find almost ANYTHING on it...and i just opened this video...

do you hate yourself?. Never bend your arm right after drawing blood. It causes hematoma. And why you have to draw blood your self?????

I don't know what the hell that guy was saying about filling from the top. Thats quite impressive for a one hand phlebotomy.
