  • @bronxman4u2000

this is tig welding, tig does not produse any sparks or smoke

  • I don't know much at all about welding. But I see very little if any smoke during this weld. Why?

  • Hey, Thanks for the informative video. Just starting out and taking it all in. Dave

  • oh... Welds like that, i mean quality and structure are not even close to that how it suppose to be...

  • i would luv a job like yours... keep the tig videos cuming....

  • what is your amps setting?

  • dont stick it!!

  • darling you stop it for many times its looks better if you only stop on 3or 4 tmes. but u did well habibi

  • is it true that when the tungsten touches the work piece you get a shock from current? if so is it a good kick or mild... good video thanx for showing

  • dude u do welds so clean

    good job

  • Dude your welds a dirty as shit. Cut off your rod

  • now i know how to tig weld like a retard blind folded DAHHHHHAHH

  • haha you missed.,.,.,

  • i think i have that same helmet. jackson3002514?

  • I am not sure on the model number but it is a EQC Executive V HTLS. I think they are cheaper now but when my boss bought it for me it was like $340 its bad ass. If i ever get another lid it will be a Jackson Nexgen.

  • Marfa masca aia cu cristale lichide.

  • what is this in English?

  • @SSnthe10s

he says the helmet is cool

  • got stuck a couple times! i saw that shit! dont touch!!

  • well duh! how ya gunna miss that!? It gets tight between the boss and the flange. It happens sometimes.

  • yea yea yea.....it happens.

  • i just started doing tig welding at school. its pretty fun.

i noticed you said you have on the job training. Do a lot of welding jobs offer that?

  • Im really not sure if alot of places do it. I got lucky and just kinda fell in to it.

  • Did you get on the job training, or are you a certified welder? What exhaust is that?

  • i got on the job training. no certs yet. That is a prototype catalytic converter. that is all i can say about it. 409ss with 304ss bosses.

  • Nice.

  • A few pointers and not negative comments. You should dwell over your weld after putting out the arc. NEVER remove immediately. Give the metal a chance to neutralize under the Argon field. Maybe 3-5 seconds.

  • That is a good tip. I will try that out.

  • @jdh023 isnt that just for MIG welding?

  • @jdh023 btw, im pretty sure the rule is 1 second per 10 amps of cooldown gas flow

  • hope one day i get a good job like yours lol

  • Are you welding in DC or AC? I would assume DC because it doesnt look like you are welding aluminum. Pulse setting?

  • This is DC. Its stainless steel. Im not using a pulse setting. Im controlling the current on the foot pedal. This precision tig does not have the pulsing option.

  • What welding equipment are you using?

  • Lincoln Precision tig 275.

  • awesome dude.

  • let me know when you need a lesson or two, Miss Dasiy is waiting on students...

  • HAHA. I might have to take you up on that! Them tight spaces are a bitch!

  • Comment removed

  • I dont know who this "holly crap" is you speak of.

  • paramandans: DENIED! lol

  • Yes Obi Whan, teach us the way of the Force! Are we worthy?

  • Nice job!

  • Great video... try slowing down man.. welding fast is not good.. being proficient is... Keep your filler rod in the gas to cool down too... contaminated rod will fail x-ray as well as dipping the tungsten. try using a #5cup. keep up the good work

  • Hi, you might want to hold your torch gas at the end of the weld to keep coverage over the heat zone. Also try not to stick your tungsten into your weld pool, if that were an xray weld you just failed, extend your tungsten a bit in tight spaces.

    Expert Welder

  • nice shot man, those are some tight spots to weld.

  • I could weld that faster and cleaner.

  • you would say that!

  • ok i see. thanks!

  • Great video ★★★★★!

  • whats with the question marks?

  • They are stars. Your font set needs updating.
