Why is there no grammatical "stop" between the Hebrew consonants of Heh and Vav? In Hebrew grammar there must be a vowel or a "stop". "Yahweh" is impossible in Hebrew grammar. The reason you lost the vowel is because of the Rabbinic oral tradition to not say the Name of GOD...so they took out the "holem/ o" so the reader would know not the say or speak it out loud.

Hi. The KJV is not corrupt. What is corrupt is the Catholic and German changes to the Bible made in the late 1800's - early 1900's by Westcott and Hort who followed the nostic beliefs. One of the main scholars followed today is a German by the name of Rudolf Kittel who edited and changed the Hebrew Old Testament text. It is now printed and edited as "Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia" who was anti-semitic...who's son Gerhard was a convicted Nazi.

Jesus is God's singular Person made flesh. The term "Son" refers to God's existence as a Man. Because Jesus is a Man (albeit God in flesh), He has to pray and have a relationship with God just like we do. Jesus is YHWH in a concentrated form.

Exactly, in the Godhead there is no division between Persons. YHWH is one (Deuteronomy 6:4), as spoken by God's servant Moses (to whom God spoke to face to face, unlike the "prophet" Mohammad). The distinction between the Father and Son is that the Son is God's existence as a Man, while the Father is God's continued existence outside of the incarnation. Jesus viewed Himself as a Man (while having the knowledge of His true identity), therefore He prayed to His heavenly Father.
The Holy Spirit is none other than the Spirit of the Father Himself, therefore also being the Spirit of Jesus Christ. I wish to also add that "Jesus" and "Yeshua" are simply two different transliterations of the same name, which means, "YHWH salvation". Well, YHWH is actually the name "I AM" from a different point of you (that is the consensus among biblical scholars at least). "I AM" in Hebrew is "ehyeh", which means "to exist". God's revelation to Moses as I AM emphases God's eternal existence and immutability. "YHWH" is most likely the name "I AM" in a different gender. YHWH is not simply another way of saying God. To say God in Hebrew you either say "El" or "Elohim".
Well, if you're saying that all religions serve the same God, I disagree with that. The point of what I'm saying is that the name by which the one true God of Israel revealed Himself is YHWH. I think it is fine to call Him Jehovah or Yahweh, because they are both referring to the same being. Quite frequently I even refer to God by the name Jesus. He is the one true God and beside Him there is no other.

He has the power to show himself to people in many ways and forms. I believe that he showed the world his MIGHTY presence to them somehow in order for them to believe that there is a GOD. Yes, Jesus is lord of the Sabbath. Notice though he is NOT "the LORD" of the sabbath. Jesus tells us his God and Father has given everthing to him and put everything under his feet. However when it says everything it does not include God himself who put everything under him. His God and Father raised him from the dead, rewarded him, set him at his right hand. The original Greek doesn't use the words the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost but rather the spirit, the water and the blood. See the online Codex Sinaiticus. Seriously, if the trinity doctrine was really biblical, there wouldn't be any need for mistranlated and added words which is the central scheme in trying to prove the man made trinity doctrine. Wikipedia quotes a Karaite as acknowledging that "modern scholars universally" say the pronunciation is Yahweh, before giving his own opinion, which is based on a belief that the letter "o" was deliberately left out, (It's funny that this means that YHVH wouldn't be "Yehovah") , a tough argument since it would require the same omission in the DSC and the Massoretic text.

You do know in most of Europe the "J" is still pronounced as a "Y"? There is presently a contesting fight over Yahweh and Yahuwah but it is one of pronounciation amony Messianics mostly. Yahweh is recognized by bible translators as the better pronounciation. There has now been discovered pre Jesus times the name with the vowells. Most people do not know that. Yehova is only sounds but not having the tetragrammaton of YHWH therefore it is not complete. Why is there no grammatical "stop" between the Hebrew consonants of Heh and Vav? In Hebrew grammar there must be a vowel or a "stop". "Yahweh" is impossible in Hebrew grammar. The reason you lost the vowel is because of the Rabbinic oral tradition to not say the Name of GOD...so they took out the "holem/ o" so the reader would know not the say or speak it out loud.

Hi. The KJV is not corrupt. What is corrupt is the Catholic and German changes to the Bible made in the late 1800's - early 1900's by Westcott and Hort who followed the nostic beliefs. One of the main scholars followed today is a German by the name of Rudolf Kittel who edited and changed the Hebrew Old Testament text. Well then... I agree with you completely. I already know that. Then... about the whole "YHWH" vs "Allah" thing.... SO WHAT? We all still believe in 1 being, GOD. To argue back and forth about who's right or who's wrong... if it's "YHWH" or "Allah"...? There's really no reason for it. In the Bible it saids in Phillipians 2:10 "All shall kneel before the Lord."

I find all this very amusing... LOL...! It doesn't matter what Gods name is or how you pronouse it. The name YEHOVAH/JEHOVAH is just another way of saying "GOD." Because in my language there are 2 ways to say GOD as well. If you are not a christian, it's pronouced "Yuoshao". And if you are a Christian, it's pronouced "Vaajtsu". In Chinese it's "Shangdi". In Japanese it's "Kami." So, really IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER. IT ALL MEANS ONE BEING... "GOD".

Jesus is God's singular Person made flesh. The term "Son" refers to God's existence as a Man. Because Jesus is a Man (albeit God in flesh), He has to pray and have a relationship with God just like we do. Jesus is YHWH in a concentrated form.

Actually, Jesus wasn't Arabic. He was Hebrew, therefore he was called "Yeshua Hamaschiac". Jesus was sent into the world by YHWH. Also, I do not believe in the Trinity doctrine, I am an Apostolic/Oneness Pentecostal. God didn't pray to Himself, Jesus, the Son of God, prayed to His Father in Heaven. Jesus was a genuine Man, therefore He was conscious of Himself as a Man, but He knew he was God by revelation. Jesus is very much God. Adam was no prophet. Your Quaran is in deep error.

Adam was no prophet, but was a son of God (by creation), but sin came through him and Jesus (God's only Son/God Himself) rescued us from it. I have seen evidence that attests to Jesus Christ. Exactly, in the Godhead there is no division between Persons. YHWH is one (Deuteronomy 6:4), as spoken by God's servant Moses (to whom God spoke to face to face, unlike the "prophet" Mohammad). The distinction between the Father and Son is that the Son is God's existence as a Man, while the Father is God's continued existence outside of the incarnation. Jesus viewed Himself as a Man (while having the knowledge of His true identity), therefore He prayed to His heavenly Father.

Well, YHWH is actually the name "I AM" from a different point of you (that is the consensus among biblical scholars at least). "I AM" in Hebrew is "ehyeh", which means "to exist". God's revelation to Moses as I AM emphases God's eternal existence and immutability. "YHWH" is most likely the name "I AM" in a different gender. YHWH is not simply another way of saying God. To say God in Hebrew you either say "El" or "Elohim".

Well, if you're saying that all religions serve the same God, I disagree with that. The point of what I'm saying is that the name by which the one true God of Israel revealed Himself is YHWH. I think it is fine to call Him Jehovah or Yahweh, because they are both referring to the same being. Quite frequently I even refer to God by the name Jesus. He is the one true God and beside Him there is no other.

He has the power to show himself to people in many ways and forms. I believe that he showed the world his MIGHTY presence to them somehow in order for them to believe that there is a GOD. Could be the mighty waves, the land, the sky, the power of nature, the Sun, miracles, etc. In some way GOD showed our ancestors that he was there and that there is a GOD.

If you look up some the the cultures and religion practices of the other nations, you'll see that some things are the same and they seam to be practicing things from the "OLD TESTAMENT". I know my culture does... those who are not Christians yet. Before Jesus died he told his disposals to go to every nation to tell them that their savior has already came and went.

Yes, Jesus is lord of the Sabbath. Notice though he is NOT "the LORD" of the sabbath. Jesus tells us his God and Father has given everthing to him and put everything under his feet. However when it says everything it does not include God himself who put everything under him. His God and Father raised him from the dead, rewarded him, set him at his right hand. In God rewarding him, Jesus inherited the titles lord and savior. Hence, Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath. 1Cor15:20-28

These 4 letters in hebrew appear like this יהוה Hebrew spelling is right to left unlike English. 1st letter is called yod, (Y) the 2nd is He (H), the 3rd is Vav (V) & the 4th is again He (H). @christopher1X - My understanding of John 14:7 Jesus is expressing - If you had known me as being righteous & just, you should have known my father also, for he taught and showed me how to be righteous & just & from now on you know him because you have seen the righteous & just things in him that you now see in me
Also, in believing that Jesus is calling himself the Father the trinity doctrine is broken. The trinity doctrine states the Father is not the Son & the Son is not the Father

@christopher1X The translation of John 5:8 you are quoting is inaccurate. The original Greek doesn't use the words the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost but rather the spirit, the water and the blood. See the online Codex Sinaiticus. Seriously, if the trinity doctrine was really biblical, there wouldn't be any need for mistranlated and added words which is the central scheme in trying to prove the man made trinity doctrine. See Council of Nicea 325 A.D. in validating its unbiblical origin.

The word is deity, godliness, divinity, holiness, devine quality etc. More correctly put - it's in him that the fullness of devine quality (100 percent godliness) is dwelling within him. Jehovah, the God and Father of Jesus filled his Son with his Holy Spirit. Being completely filled with God's Holy Spirit made Jesus' qualities and actions devine while he was living in human form on earth.

Wow, so many wrong things in so short a time. The history of the Hebrew alphabet is well-known; do some searches on "paleography." Also, the digamma was pronounced like the English "w"; it's name, in fact, was "wau." Your arguments are linguistic, not religious, and you need to study more linguistics. Not your fault; you've been reading some bad sources.

That's interesting view in light of the fact that a Jewish Karaite Hebrew Scholar who helped translate the "Dead Sea Scrolls agrees that it is YeHOVah in Hebrew and that JeHOVah is the same name Anglicanized. Wikipedia quotes a Karaite as acknowledging that "modern scholars universally" say the pronunciation is Yahweh, before giving his own opinion, which is based on a belief that the letter "o" was deliberately left out, (It's funny that this means that YHVH wouldn't be "Yehovah") , a tough argument since it would require the same omission in the DSC and the Massoretic text.

@christopher1X And "Jehovah" would be a German spelling, not an English one. This is a linguistic question, not a religious one. It has to be answered by linguistic considerations such as analysis of personal names with the Name or parts of it in it, etymologies, borrowings into other languages, later versions of the names, and so on.

The letter J doesn't exist in Hebrew to make J sound the use CH like in the word Baruch. This are the letters in Hebrew A, B, G, D, H, V, Z, T, Y, K, L, M, L, N, S, A-yin, P, TS, (TSa-de) Q, R, S, & SH (SHin). Hebrew is read as if you were reading spanish. So tecnically what you are translating is CH H V H. Its not Jod it's Yod like yo-yo with a D at the end.

The original Hebrew alphabet consisted only of consonants, in this movie the masoretic tetragrammaton with vowels is used, that's the mistake here.

one obvious thing no one talks about is that the Masoretic text IS the official Hebrew Bible currently. Please read and study all the info in the video description and you will find that the vowel points have always been there. Karaite Jews stated that "all our wise men with one mouth affirm and profess that the whole law was pointed and accented, as it came out of the hands of Moses, the man of God.", i.e. John Gill.

Gill's quote of the Karaite Jews shows that there have always been pointed copies and unpointed copies due to Rabbinic "oral law" which the Karaites don't recognize. read about the Karaites at wikipedia or karaitekorner org. finding unpointed manuscrpts does not mean that ALL manuscripts of Hebrew Scriptures are unpointed...that would be a great assumption especially when that theory is known to be wrong by Jews. NONE of these are right, the TRUE name of the FATHER is YAHUWAH, you can even see the 'Yahu' in the original names of the prophets etc when you write them Example: YirmeYahu ('Jeremiah)
Also the tetragrammaton for the name has two roots YH & WH, and when there are two roots in hebrew there are 3 syllables, that takes out 'yahweh' but, 'Jehovah' cannot be the name either, one, the vowels in the name 'Jehovah' or 'Yehowah' are simply added from 'Adonai' which is a blasphemous title to call...

@christopher1X so what of it. In Exodus 7:1 - Jehovah called Moses a God. Being a god doesn't make one Jehovah. Nor does it make Jesus. Just as in the Psalms, Jehovah called the judges of Israel gods.
You should know Hebrew

Jesus himself told them that being 'a god' was not the same as 'being the almighty God'. He quoted to them the Psalms which state that Jehovah himself called Judges in Israel ... gods, just as he called Moses "God"

"I myself have said, ‘You are gods, And all of You are sons of the Most High"
which also relates to Exodus 7:1
