For one, the word "include" is key there. It doesn't mean kindergartners are talked to about ALL of those things.

If you look at the bill, it specifies that for kindergartners, they will be instructed on (to paraphrase) "don't talk to strangers" education. "Sex Education" isn't limited to "Intercourse Education." Open your mind.
