what these people dont understand is that a 5.3 is virtually a downsized LS1, there hella easy to work on (maybe not in this transverse situation) but there super tough and super quick, (and MAYBE an srt4 could take it, but itd sound like my grandma farting all the way to the finish line, not like this mean sob)

lol i'm sorry but it is unbelievably impossible for a STOCK 92 grand marquis to do upper 5's to 75... the best a stock 92 marquis can do to 60 is probably 7.5 - 8 seconds. you are probably confusing it with km/h. i'm not trying to be an ass i'm just being realistic.

I own an 08 SS as well too bad you can only rev it up to 3 grand then it hits the limiter there is so much potential in that engine, if a 4.6L Mustang GT can crank out 300 hp and the SS with its 5.3L only 303 hp there is alot of power to be tapped into thats for sure, only bad part is that the engine is really crammed in there hard to to anything else than a Cold Air Intake really but still is a very very nice car

that's the bad thing about active fuel management. it depletes engine output by about 20-30 hp :(
