4 wheel drive you can turn on and off, meaning you can go from power to all 4 wheels to just the rear. All wheel drive means that there is constant power going to all 4 wheels and cannot be shut off, unless you have special mods done to do so

The R8 is an exotic car with luxuries that a jeep will never have, and in a 1/4 mi the jeep will get beat, in a 1/2 mi, the jeep will get demolished. And being that this is discussed on our forum quite often, you really want to go with the 4.9 number, owners claim anywhere from 4.5 - 5.2 seconds 0-60 stock, It's all in how you guage it and what instrument you're using to test it. I'm in the low 3's now and we've got guys under 3 seconds.
