Awesome video! At the very bottom of the screen as the underwater part begins to scroll forwards, there is the Free Way weapon, just before the 1up. I am unsure whether or not this gives you any points if you don't already have the weapon.

I played TF4 as a kid so many times. My favorite shooter on 16bit consoles, besides Parodius on SNES. :)

The boss pissed me off because if I had the Blade, it couldn't hit his small weak point

It can, but it would take a long time 2 beat the boss cause his tail would get in the way, makin it somewhat hard 4 the blade 2 hit the weak spot at various times.

U mean the Rail Gun?? Oh, I see. I use the blade weapon. Its effective, but with the boss's tail bein in the way n stuff, it sometimes makes it a useless weapon.

If you can find the Free-Way gun, that's pretty effective

As 4 the Freeway gun, I rather go 2 Air-Raid 2 get it rather than the Strite. Its kinda impossible 2 see n find the Freeway.

As soon as that configuation from the Gens emulator has changed, I can finally play it. Ya see, whenever I play 1 of the Thunderforce games, like everytime I press the right button on my keyboard, it always make the ship go up, thus makin me get hit n lose a life. Yea, it sucks 2 play on a keyboard sometimes, but it's fun.

But my fav mega drive game was def TF4. Followed closely by afterburner 2.

You know when you dive in the water, there's a Freeway pickup. Not sure where exactly, because I usually go through level 4 first to pick it up, but there is one in there. Helps for the boss because he's crap to fight against using Blade. Also, played sir :)

the freeway is hidden behind the weeds at the very beginning of the part 2 at the bottom right

you must use 100% if you want the extra ship also

well if you think it lags too much, you could go play a lot of other, indeed, very good games, because they dont lag, such as Zero wing and Phalanx :P
