that all depends on what you're into. I think African Cichlids tanks are awesome. They are fresh water fish, but every bit as colorful as saltwater fish. They each seem to have their own personalities. They dig in gravel, which is fun to watch. But they are very territorial, so get a bunch. That way 1 fish can't establish dominance over the entire tank. Good Luck!
