To me this is a way of asking to be absolved from crimes against humanity. Its easy to blame the victims. But its not that simple. So we are to believe Africans were spanked by God himself and are paying for our wrong doings? Sorry that is so weak. The explanation is a lot simpler. Greed, jealousy, revenge and hatred.
