It's looking like new! Especially like the shiny tone arm! Definitely wise to add the extra earthing. Very interesting text about the cartridge. When I saw it, I thought it looked like a Goldring G800, which I have on one of my turntables!
So, is the Goldring G800 a Tenorel. I've seen the G800 fitted by Garrard to an sp25 MK ll and to two of Ferguson's better music centres, on BSR decks (both a bit lightweight). I know that cartridge was good enough to make me think that CDs were not the be all and end all of Hi-Fi reproduction in the early 90's, but the decks I heard them on were not sorted, I wouldn't mind getting a hold of one for my Garrard.

Hi
Interesting world the different companies develop - I suspect the Tenorel was fitted as a standard to the Rotel from new in 1975.
Warm regards
