Remarkably easy considering they have all the normal body parts, are several times stronger and than the average woman as well as far more flexible (many are former gymnasts/dancers/athletes) and usually have a Hemi sex drive. The only thing making it awkward would be any insecurities you bring to the party.

wow, Nuriye lost a LOT of weight for this. Tammy Jones looks huge and sexy, but not ripped enough for contest. Both of them, btw, commited terrible posing mistakes at 0:45, by not flexing all their muscles properly. Its a hard discipline to master, but the men division had it right on point. This vid is soo hot, btw.

I kinda agree at 00:44 There's literally no sixpack to speak of on Nuriye but at the same time to train, workout and POSE like that under light, in front of judges and other people competing really wears the body down BADLY for a few days. A lot of amateur BBs male and female actually make that mistake quite often.
I found some videos and have a playlist that goes in depth about bodybuilders. Very interesting.
