  • senna was a total ass in suzuka. but was man enough to said "that's what I wanna do to the guy, and i did it because of THIS". just after getting out of the car. schumi can´t assume his cheatings even today... i dont question "assness", or "motherfuckiness" hehehe... on this, i can say the 2 guys are tied. but on manhood, truthness...senna was ahead of the game. now that IS example.

  • purpose or not, he could steer what he want, but he still goes forward. The car had his own will

  • unbelievable that he thought of that while flying at a wall at 100 mph

  • still the best!

  • @RemcoGamer95 LOL

  • Senna the god of race driving, Schumi,...well, the god of cheating. Drawing a line for mankind. Fair and square.

  • we in germany can watch formula 1 on 2 channels (RTL and Sport1), but i've never seen F1 on eurosport.

  • @twitertaker Eurosport holds the F1 rights outside of Europe. In parts of Asia for example.

  • In the replay, the car looks like a hotwheel racer with that magnifying circle on it.

  • Eurosport!? :O y u no show F1 races now? T.T

  • If only they'd done this with the titanic.. o. o

  • Whoah! Look how much rubber has been burnt away!

  • His Car look like a toy with the zoomed spot on it :P

  • i think he should have pulled the brakes or did he braked?

  • this isn't 1996

    96 He crashed first lap

  • @TheDabomb44 It is 96, this isn't the race

  • @TheDabomb44 do you even listen what the commentator is saying? "this is what happened earlier this morning." so apparently this crash wasn't in the race.

  • @sesselfurzer2000 No era carrera era calificacion y lo que hizo repercutio en que Alonso que venia detras tuviera que frenar y no pudiera mejorar tiempos,ya que iba mejorando el de Shumacher.

  • @gotzolones umm, I'm sorry but what does Alonso have to do with 1996?

  • @sesselfurzer2000 I think he would have been on pole had Schumacher not parked at rascasse.

  • @highlands well nobody knows but it looked like Alonso was quicker. However that may be Alonso was on pole anyways because Michael got punished. And his comeback was absolutely impressive.

  • @sesselfurzer2000 In this qualification the only pilot who could take the time from Shumacher was Alonso who was coming behind Shumacher doing better time. After Shumacher Alonso was shocked it could not improve the time for yellow flag for the Shumacher parking.

  • @gotzolones just read my comment..^^

  • @LIPE23783 cant go wrong with someone who won f1 world championship 3 times before he died): RIP so young and so good

  • idiot

  • lol you fucking idiots he did this on purpose so the suspension would be saved, a nosecone is replaced in minutes, the suspension is not.

  • @philateliceun

Exactly! This was a very quick and very clever reaction!

  • @philateliceun

Of course. The Holy Schumacher always crashes on purpose.

  • @S3hnsuch7 That's not what philateliceun said. Schumacher was in a position where it was inevitable that he would hit the wall, so he chose to do it head on and damage the nose rather than hitting it side on and damaging the suspension.

  • @philateliceun didnt matter anyway. He still didnt even finish the first lap in the race. haha

  • @philateliceun yeah explains why he DIDNT RACE THAT TRACK FOR ANOTHER YEAR fucking moron

  • @beyondDMC4 yeah most times when you race a track you race it one time a year you fucking idiot.

  • pathetic

  • o melhor dos melhores

    sena LIXO PRA SEMPRE

  • in 1996 i was 6 and the design of the F1 at this time was so much better to me :)

  • i smoke marlboros because of shumacher XD

  • he did this manoeuvre in porpose to fuck up alonso's lap...!!SOB

  • @MrPhattdirty you sir are a moron. The maneuver you are talking about happened 10 years after this!!!SOB

  • @Davidwww9 error of years,same bad move effectively repeated 10 years later,,makes him a cheater,and a bad looser,still a SOB.you'll enjoy smelling my wet farts...honey

  • @MrPhattdirty senna did exactly the same, the whole qualifying session, but senna is a genius, an exemple to follow, etc...most of you guys don't use the same measure when judgeing people. you criticise schumacher for his driving style, but venerate senna for having things done in the same way. it's just not fair and as far as i'm concerned, i'm not a schumacher fan, but neither a senna fan. just can't love senna for being seen as a god and in fact being a ass-hole sometimes.

  • @csebalyn finally someone who thinks like me!i love senna because he was really an amazing driver, but he has also a bad-temperament,and was such an asshole as schumi.but the truth is,senna died during a race,so people will always venerate senna for his death, and no one dares to point a finger against him

  • @boss350a I agree with you, I am a Senna fan as well, but let's not forget that he did win a championship by throwing his car against Prost's (I confess that I love this one 'cause he really did it on porpose to get back at Prost for the previous year xD), however, the truth is that after someone dies they become saints and people tend to forget that they were actually human beings with flaws and virtues...

  • @silverrose1810 yeah, its true.if it was prost dying instead of senna, today we were saying that prost was a god and senna is trash.

lol me too, prost deserved that one in suzuka, but in 89 it was FIA's fault that senna didnt won the championship, prost was not very successful in that atempt to throw senna out...

  • @boss350a lol it's always like that, if, for example, Hamilton dies next race (this is an hipothesis, I do not wish his death) instanteniously people would forget his last "battles" with Massa and all polemic that sorrounds him...

It's like Senna told Prost "hey, THIS is how you do it!"

The same anger that I feel about 89 is the same happiness that I feel about 90. lol

  • @csebalyn I'm a Brazilian and a Senna fan, and I just gave you a thumbs up.

  • @MatheusBond thanks, man :) i agree with senna and schumacher that a race can and should be won without having to let the opponent pass if it changes directions on your trails. just cut the bloody bastard's way, without kicking him off, no problem :) i can't agree parking the car in monaco, or kick somebody out when tring to win the title. both schumy and senna did this. i respect them for the way they drove. there were both great drivers, no doubt, but they also did mistakes, like anybody else.

  • @csebalyn Please don't compare senna to schumacher. Schumacher cheated like a bastard. And tell me when senna was a ass-hole

  • @NOXXism senna "parked" his racecar exactly like schumacher did, on the same reason, to ruin simebodyelse's qualifying. and senna also kicked others out of the track, to win a race. there were some situations where senna, like schumacher, just couldn't behave himself and because his willing to win was so great, made mistakes. i'm not a schumacher fan, nor a senna fan. i admire both for theyr driving skills, but i don't consider one of them a god an the other the devil in person.

  • @csebalyn lol? tell me where senna parked his car and prost got ran off the track because the idiot turned into him the year before!

  • @NOXXism if "the idiot" turned into the great senna, his behaving shall be called...uhmmm? i guess exactly like prost's maneuver. you know what they say, revenge is the idiot's weapon. watch senna in monaco qualifying, 1985. and tell me he didn't wanted to end like that :) c'mon...check senna vs brundle footage from the '80s, versus prost and tell me that every of those moves was not a dirty trick. for me it's clear, senna also messed up sometimes. in such great ways...:)

  • @csebalyn

totally agree with you! one perfect example of senna taking a somewhat similar approach would be monaco 85

  • @NOXXism "And tell me when senna was a ass-hole"?: Try doing a search for: Suzuka 1990 ;-)

  • @4rephill Ok, senna basher, you obviously know nothing about suzuka 1990 because all you did was search suzuka 1990 and saw the video. Senna told prost he wouldn't let him pass. Prost was a retard and they both crashed. I bet you didn't even watch senna the movie

  • Man, that car looks like there's a pig sitting on it...

  • all this trolling, just because Schumacher is german...wake up, its not 1945 anymore!

  • @Cry5Bitch who the hell is talking about 1945 ? who the hell even mentioned what you just said? Schumacher always cheated, and that's not his fault. He learned with Briatore, the real villain. However Schumacher always was fast enough, and good enough. Thing is... he may be good and fast, but fans usually say "the best ever" this is WAAAAY to strong for Schumacher. I believe nobody will say that Schumacher was a bad driver. And this has nothing to do with the fact that he's german.. or 1945.

  • The best in the Wold dropped it.

  • @SuperPrivate2011 I didn't see Senna there...

  • @DKHazard Ok - fair although Gilles was better. The best in the World at that time

  • whahah agreed

    who else but schumacher.

  • 1996... so take a look at this video: U-X45KU2WMk It was the fastest lap in Monaco ever! So... whos cheating? ;-)

  • 0:08 how big is this guys head? what a car! ;)

  • If he hit the barrier head on.....?

  • @DuRiTo09 He wouldn't damage the suspension. If he'd tried to avoid it the car would be wrecked!

  • @louildinho12 I was talking about the commentator at the end.

  • all we care is the end result. WIN.

  • @xxtheleegendxx yes f1 is a danderous profession...

  • 0:10

  • Are people still crying about him pushing damon hill once off and trying at vileneuve?

Damon Hill tried it 2 times aswell at schumacher, people seem to forget that, 2 times in like 16years i not call much ^^ look at vettel or hamilton are they cheaters?

  • ok

  • @xxtheleegendxx The sad thing is that if he were in NASCAR he could have been far more wreckless and would have been revered as a great driver. Earnhardt crashed guys out of the lead without a second thought and the fans loved him for it. Still no reason to wish harm on any driver.

  • Rat on wheel? 0:22

  • @xxtheleegendxx in a way, i agree with you, no doubt an f1 legend but his legacy in the sport has been marred with controversy like adelaide 94, jerez 97 when villeneuve passed him but schumi tried to take him out, monaco qualifying 06 i think, austria 2002 and hungary 2010, if he didn't do all the controversy, he would be up there with senna, fangio etc but not in my books in my opinon

  • @nascarstopmotionguy

Adelaide ´94, normal race crash, not michaels fault, he was in front of Damon; jerez ´97, it was unlucky, yes, but notwillful, Villeneuve sheared out very lately, so Michael didn´t expect somebody there, yes, it was his fault but not willful! Austria ´02, come on, it was a team decision, it was very painful for him. And what was Hungary ´10, do you mean this simple block against Rubens?? This is ridiculous, There was enough place for overtaking on the left side ;-)

  • @schroeder1112 "Erm, excuse me!"... If the FIA governing body (& everyone else) ruled that Shumi was wrong in 97' for deliberately hitting Villeneuve, then why can't you? He got Disqualified!!! Hungary 10' was probably one of the most dangerous thing I have ever seen! They also penalised him for that race too! He was handed a 10-place grid penalty! I'm not a Shumi hater, but this picture speaks volumes about your comment 'enough place for overtaking'!!! Thanks for your comment, have a nice day!

  • @LeiKaEr

I can explain it, Schumi have said (also today), it wasn´t willful, so I believe him, call me naive but this doesn´t matter for me ;-)

  • @schroeder1112 Your not naive, but what you are saying is not 100% true... If you wish to believe Shumi then...fine, but you can't tell me the pictures on the web of Rubens 'tires to wall' ISN'T dangerous driving!

Everyone was disgusted when they saw this. Again, Schumacher is a fantastic driver, but even he makes mistakes. Deliberate or not, that was a really bad move on Rubens!...

  • @xxtheleegendxx oh i agree many people have that opinion about him... but you dont wish death on him for it!

  • @xxtheleegendxx really?? you dumb fucking cunt!! don't comment on F1 videos if you know nothing about the sport and are not a real fan! and i know you are not a fan because no REAL fan would ever wish harm on a driver, no matter what we thought about them! Its the last thing any of us want to see and is a horrible feeling sitting there knowing someone has been hurt in a crash! so go watch some porn and go fuck yourself!! Stupid fucking pricks like you really annoy me!

  • i don't get it

  • he did it cause damaging the front wing is far easyear to fix than damaging the front suspension that is what it would have happened if he kept steering right

  • @andrearoll79

Another good reason, is that a car bakes better in a straight line, so when he realized he could not avoid the wall no matter what he did, he decided to scrub as much speed as possible before hitting it `(ie. braking in a straight line) and thus reduce chances of getting hurt and/or damage to the car.

  • @andrearoll79

Erh ... i meant "brakes better in a straight line" .... not bakes. :)

  • Legend

  • i dont thinks so

  • hey wait a minute that corner is where schumacher crash agian this 2011 monaco right?

  • @charmagne121 yes, it is. And there are more similarities. Like the '96 Ferrari is his Merc understeering

  • Interesting they modified that corner by moving the apex later. That's where Maldonado and Lewis crashed last weekend. They "slowed" the corner so its not as dangerous if you hit the wall.

  • 0:09 Look! a little retard car

  • i always found it odd how schu, brawn, and their droogs, kept getting caught out for cheating while at bennetton, but then once they went to ferrari that all somehow stopped. To the extent of traction control being reintroduced. Did anyone else think scxhu's wet weather powerslides seemed to somehow go against the natural behaviour of an f1 car, and look more like a brakes-based stability control? I'm not making any claims either way, just stating an observation...

  • @russ13b Quote: "Did anyone else think scxhu's wet weather powerslides seemed to somehow go against the natural behaviour of an f1 car,[...]" - Yes, that's why he's the best driver ever. Or do you want to say that he has won in Spain 1996 because of a fantastic car with brakes-based stability control. Pray to holy Senna and stop blaming Michael and Ferrari for cheating.

  • @russ13b the thing is... if there were cheats like traction-control or teamorder... it was the fault of his team! For those decisions the driver has nothing to do with... He is just the one who brings it on the circuit.

Blaim his teams if you want...

but there is nothing to say against 7 world championchips... and like 94, 2000, 2003, he never had the best car - but the best driving-style!!

  • Who bites the tyre?

  • oh, a average talented driver. just won grand prixs and titles cause he (and his buddies todt, brawn) cheated like hell!

  • SENNA - THE GREAT KING OF MONACO. 6 VICTORIES IN 10 GP´s

  • bam.

  • cheat ass..no wonder why is he 7x world champ

  • Schumacher hoped he'd got his one accident of the weekend out of the way. Unfortunately...

  • Smart decision to hit the barrier head-on rather than try and turn the corner. A broken nose/front wing is much quicker to fix than a broken suspension assembly.

  • @astral365 the best comment so far

  • Looks to me like the reason for the crash was just lack of grip, then he turned the steering the other way to attempt to save the car and turn into the service road, so that he doesn't crash..

  • hahaha

  • f1 on Eurosport... good old times ...

  • the car looks like its from mario cart at 0:10

  • Why do people always argue on YouTube videos about which driver is better? Saying (for example) that Michael Schumacher is better than Ayrton Senna borders on stupidity, as both drivers were the best in some areas and worse in others. But if you want to bring facts into the equation then what is the point in arguing about it as the definition's of "fact" are:

    1. A thing that is indisputably the case.

    2. Information used as evidence or as part of a report or news article.

  • @xAnToZx

    Finally someone who understands...!

It's such a drag to hear kids arguing about who or what is the BEST, comparing different drivers, different eras etc. instread of just enjoing the sport and maybe -even maybe - having a mature exchange of opinions about it!

  • much better here than on tamburello corner with 290 km/h...

  • Aww wow the 1996 Ferrari looked so nice!

  • @ImprovedMexican yeah 0:20 it looked ;)

  • @ImprovedMexican its looks so old...the wings are all straight. Not like the cars today where there is not a straight line in the whole car.

  • @AccordGTR

Cars from 15 years ago tend to look a bit old ;)

  • @ImprovedMexican But wasn't so fast.....

  • this man is brilliant, i would love to be his apprentice lol. He's acceptional even when it comes down to malfunctions.

  • with the cirle it looks like a miniture F1

  • malisimo

  • so many angry comments... very few about the video though...

  • He went too fast into the corner, end of it. That sure is a pretty Ferrari

  • The car did not bottom out and lose downforce, this is just a classic example of a driver carrying too much speed into St Devote, there are countless examples of the exact same crash over the years.

  • @supercas46 of course the car bottomed out you can clearly see it in the video and this lead him to be going to fast into the corner as he didn't have the grip to slow down

  • @09Holdin He just carried too much speed as John Watson says. Every other car would've been throwing up sparks at the same point and so would Schumacher on other laps, that doesn't mean they couldn't all stop.

  • @Schumifreak9 i bet u r 25 yo max....u need to watch F.1 races from 1980 til 1994....If we wanna talk about F.1 drivers...otherwise let's stop it here dude.

  • @Schumifreak9 U comparing the Chin Man to God?mmmmm, not good memory man;)

  • @Shisediego LOL!

  • @Shisediego fuck off, simple enough.

  • @Shisediego Yes. Remember how many mistakes he did, too. Monaco 1988. Dry conditions. 52 seconds lead. Only 12 laps to go. Crash. Lost win, gave it to Prost. Interlagos 1994. Schu was pulling away from him. Pushes to hard, loses back of the car, spins out and stalls!!! the car.

  • @SynthieAl "Years later, former McLaren Team Coordinator Jo Ramirez revealed that Senna's crash had been caused by the steering wheel coming out of his hands when he was driving to the absolute limit to beat Prost" -That's straight quote from 1988 Monaco Grand Prix en.wikipedia -page.

  • @Shisediego wow...you deserve to be tortured, im serious.

  • Because senna was better? I could write an entire bible on the difference of these two pilots! but just ask you to watch this video on youtube! : w ww.youtube.com/watch?v=aXii-QJn0Zw

  • Very nice crash! He saw that he couldnt make it so he quickly turned left to only damage the front wing, which is easy to replace. Good Job Michael!

  • pushed too far where he souldnt have and paid with his life.

To the contrary MS started racing for Benetton THATS THE COMPANY THAT MAKES SWEATERS!!! And with his imput the team became champions in 3 seasons. As to prove that it was not a fluke MS went to Ferrari who sucked at the time and in 5 seasons he brought them to the level of unbeatable. MS actually went to race for a shity team with a shitty car, that is something that a faggot sellout like AS would have never done.

  • third season AND BY THE 3RD RACE OF THE SEASON MS WAS 20 POINTS AHEAD OF AS who did not score any points in the first two races IN A VASTLY SUPERIOR CAR (Williams-Renault)THAT WON PREVIOUS TWO CHAMPIONSHIPS (thats why Senna went to race for them). And you clowns say that Senna did not need a superior car? What do you base that assumption on? Evidently AS could not even make the best car work for him. He could not stomach the pressure of losing and could not control his emotions. As a result he

  • @TheSupatrader the 94 williams "VASTILY SUPERIOR CAR" are off your meds? Anyone with a 3rd grade education could see the Benetton was the much better handling car, and the Ford engine was at the least equal to the Renault. Everyone including myself thought Williams would field the best cars for the 94 season , but with the rule changes, They were a far cry from thier 93 form.

  • @Godznrg4u really? is that why your boy Senna went to race for them before his contract expired with McLaren? I guess then you can not argue the fact that he was just stupid. So which is it, an overrated driver or a very stupid person - your pick

  • @TheSupatrader Senna was supposed to go to Williams in 93 but Prost had influince with Renault and said he would not have Senna as a teammate. I can tell by your statement you have never driven anything in competition or you would know the best driver in world cannot do anything to stay with a car that is only slightly better And the fact that 1 person on the planet dosent agree Senna was the best , proves he was underrated

  • @Godznrg4u LOL you Senna fans are such bitches, first of " I can tell by your statement you have never driven anything in competition" is a stupid statement. All you people can do is make groundless statements like these. I have done open wheel racing, Ive won races, and a championship in my class in my club, (Have you?) and that is why I can tell from seind both of them drive that Michael is a better driver.

  • @Godznrg4u secondly u demonstrate well how all u Senna fans can do is have a baseless defence of your idol, but in reality u just like him because ha was a more likable guy than MS. I knew MS was the best when I saw him in '94 getting stuck in 5th gear very early during a race, and he managed to hold on to 2nd position driving like that most of the race. So "best driver in world cannot do anything to stay with a car that is only slightly better" is BS, showing how much you know about racing.

  • @TheSupatrader I'm not talking about your playstation kid. Im talking about tire presure, camber adjustment, toe and caster angles all these things must be always adjusted from track to track depending on tempature, humitity etc. If you knew anything about racing...and you dont you would know the difference between a good driver and a great driver in the same car is about a 1/4 of a second a lap difference.

  • @Godznrg4u you dont have to try to be a fag so hard. all you can do is talk baseless isht. If you raced then you would know that camber, caster and toe do not get udjusted because of temp or humidity. Secondly you dont know me, so how are you going to TELL me things about me with authority? Its all just some BS you create in your deranged mind, and that AS is better than MS is just enother illusion in that (evidently) sick mind of yours.
