HAHA i actually thought this was steve vai, yngwie, satch, moore, and a bunch of other super shredders back when i started guitar freshman year of high school. the limewire title for the song was stating that. i had very little knowledge of good tone or shredding.

Its not Yngwie, its not Petrucci, it certainly ain't becker. This clip was posted a few years ago and a fella posted a link up claiming he'd originally recorded it. I looked, very sceptically mind but no doubt it was him. He was just a guy who liked to play guitar. nothing famous. I will have a look through my inbox, see if I can find it
alright, i'm going to forget the point of this account for a moment and say ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!? neither of those guitarists sound remotely close to this. you are in need of some serious help.
this jam has a story for me: back in my first days of playing, my friend burned me a cd with this on it thinking this was an yngwie instrumental (lol). i loved it, i was enchanted by the fact that "yngwie" was so good at making up good sounding runs on the fly. as a result, i a) became obsessed with guitar and play at least 5 hours a day and b) bought a strat to be like yngwie, and that was the best purchase i ever made. no matter who this is, i love this track.
@yngwiemalmsteen8 i'm pretty sure its not yngwie, but im still more inclined to believe its him that petrucci. this just doesnt sound like anything ive heard by petrucci
I have every studio album from both, it ain't Yngwie and it sure isn't steve vai. Otherwise it would have been say a bonus track of G3 Live In Denver or whatever.
one torrent that is circulating I had a good laugh, the "bonus" section featured Manowar flight of the bumblebee, Impellitteri doing the wizard of Oz theme, some cacophony and really the guy didn't have a good enough ear to differentiate. This is clearly an early demo when he was developing his style. Not Yngwies style either.
@JYZProductions Yeah, must been some early demo. Doesn't sound like Yngwie or Becker to me xD It's a bit of a mystery. This is great though, one of the finest solo runs on youtube imo.
@kranen1 very true , I did a bit of research on youtube comments of all things and people where saying they where 100% certain it was Jason probably jamming in his room or something coming up with his legendary style. If it ain't I'd like to hear more by whoever did it.
I guess its kind of like you hear Yngwie Jeff Loomis or whoever you just know its them soloing without even anyone telling us sort of thing.
@JYZProductions The clip was actually recorded by some dutch guitarist absolutely years ago on his computer. He had a whole website full of them. I can't remember his name but he was a reasonable player. I mean, the tone is horrible as is the production, but it definitely isn't yngwie, vai, or becker for that matter.
@skezza actually he might have been american trying to think, can't quite remember but he had a massive website full of them with his work portfolio as well. kind of like a cv website.
@skezza if you remember the guys name message me, unless its one of those ipfhgiuhdfg names. Yeah terrible tone , probably off a webcam or something. Anyone hear his pre-rising force demos? Blackstar and everything on it as early versions.
i have been looking for this for soooooooo long i had it a few years ack on my mp3 player but i lost it and couldnt find this song newhere where is this track from anyway does any body knoooo im dying to learn this

@JYZProductions How come this track is in Yngwie Discography then? This is not Becker, it's not sloppy enough, and not enough sweep picking.
