  • Alyssa must have had something happen to her, she was raised by her grand parents so her birth parents maybe messed her up.

  • @apples199324 you know at first i was thinking i dont hate you for having a murderus friend but.....realy 3 years for a childs life what is it with you people 3 years is nothing out of only 9 years on earth if she has to stay alive for what she did to the little girl i say life get a new bff if thats why you want her out so soon.

  • I can feel this girl... I had a friend named demetris and he shot and killed a girl last year and when I found out i was like wow! because he never seemed like that kind of person

  • @apples199324 You r pretty, intelligent and mature for your age. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about Alyssa. It looks like she had a good friend to help her from doing evil if only she would have come to you first.

  • Her grandparents knew that Alyssa liked to go into the woods and kill animals with a knife, thats a serious sign of a deranged mind. Also I believe that the second grave was goin to be for Alyssa Bustamante's sister but she changed her mind to only kill Elizabeth at the last miniute .

  • @apples199324 how ar eyou holding up?

  • yea its not a bad thing to touch the fence that is not much of a sign...

but geeze you don't really look that crazy she jus tlooks like any physco jr high student who all has the same crazy conseuling stories

  • I feel sooo sorry for Jennifer. Her best friend is a murderer :( But she is soo pretty.(Jennifer that is)

  • still shocked

  • Honestly I don't think she killed the girl to see what is felt like. She was probably planning something else. She always tried to commit suicide. Maybe she wanted to get tried as an adult so she could either be put to death or in some random room where its like shes dead. Or maybe she is just CRAZY and needs psychiatric help. She could have been off her pills at the time.

  • No she shoudnl't be freed. She killed someone she should be in jail for at least 3 years IMO, but while receiving serious help but she definitely should not be killed.

  • @happysmiles153 3 years my ass my cusin is in jail for 3 years because he fucked a minor she was 14 hes 22 and hes getting 3 years for that and she seduced him she even admitted to it but he was still sentenced to 3 years now we're talking about murder SHE MURDERED A 9 YEAR OLD KID AND UR SAYING SHE SHOULD GET 3 YEARS!!

  • @icekold23 You don't consider Bustamante leading police to the body to be very convincing, huh?

  • is capital punishment an option for d killer girl??

  • @allintexaholdem

As a 15 year old, she most likely will not get death. But still 60 years in a maximum security federal prison seems worse than dieing

  • i don't think 60 years is enough.

who cares if she's 15. When you were 15, i assume you knew killing was wrong, she should get the same punishment any adult would get. Life without the option of parole because it was premediated

  • or death,

    fire up the electric chair

  • Hmm, I don't know US law. I thought 60 years was the average sentence for murder. I also think she should stay in prison till she dies.

  • she doesnt seem like she was really close to that girl...

seems to me more like a girl that she went to school with that met at some partys...but not really like friends...idk

  • It has to be really difficult for her friends to come to grips with the fact that they really did not know her at all. I went to high school and church with a guy who became a serial killer and is now on death row for killing 6 women. It's so scary how well these people can blend in with society. You think you know them but really don't. Lots of teenagers do weird, crazy things but are not killers. It's not always easy to discern who is going to take it to that level and turn it into reality.

  • I know how you feel. I opened the news paper one day and saw a guy I was friends with in high school was a kiddie rapist....not as bad as a serial killer but pretty crazy!

  • I remember doing crazy, dangerous stunts as a teenager but Alyssa's videos, facebook photos, and her listing her hobbies as "cutting and killing" show a consistent pattern of sadistic, sociopathic behavior. That she would involve her brothers and encourage them to hurt themselves shows she has no empathy whatsoever. You just don't do that to family--the people you are supposed to love and care about the most. She never has anything good to say about them. To her they are "retards" and "idiots".

  • Aren't all siblings like that? Me and my brother are like that. SO because she killed someone she isn' allowed to be mean to her brothers. I'm ok with you bashing her because of her killing someone but picking on her brothers is normal. Thats what siblings do.

  • @happysmiles153 Yes, me and my brother picked on each other and argued alot, but I never got off on seeing him hurt himself and I would never ask him to shock himself on electric fence. That's going too far. So no, not all siblings take it to that extreme.

  • @auntstacey123 haha id tell my brother to touch the fence too! lmao those fences are fun to touch... xD

thats not a bad thing you idiots!!

  • he she is on my myspace!!!.....hi

  • i think that talking about the whole video of her and the fence had to do with it. It shows that she likes violence and is a violente person and i think that her having the little children do it is so harsh and also shows somthing do you undertsstand were im coming from no offense to anyone but this is my opinion and i truly give my heart out to the little girls family and Alyssas family and friends i hope the best will happen and alyssa gets charged with something she deserves thanks

  • I totally agree.. I would grab an electric fence on cam that doesn't mean I'm going to murder someone... People saying that video had anything to do with her wanting to murder something is pretty damn stupid.. The media has people hurting themselves all the time do we cry? no we laugh cause it's funny that's all it is..

Jennifer I know she was your friend and it's hard for you but what she did was very inhumane.. I wouldn't forgiver her ever..

&&& to kill a baby you couldn't be rite..

  • I think Jennifer handled herself very well in this interview. She was honest and non-judgmental about her old friend, but yet she didn't condone her evil action.

It's also very courageous of her to speak up and make the public aware that there may be some early signs of someone's disturbance (mentally) and we should, as society, shouldn't disregard them. It's easy to look away from problems other people are going through, but it is harder when it's too late to do something.

  • Peinay, I have talked with Jennifer and she is a very mature 16 year old. She is also a very sweet person. I imagine that having gone through this that she has had to view the world a little differently that most teens and had to grow up pretty fast.I agree with you, she is very courageous to speak up and make the public aware. She is a shining example of what teens need as a advocate against teen violence and crime. Thank you for your post.

  • Thank you for sharing this video with me, Rose.

  • Your very welcome, peinay.. Big Hugs, Rose

  • @TyneRoseMedia she is a good example for me. i want a friend like that :)

  • Obviously if she has had counciling and it didn't help her then she is beyond any salvation! She should be delt with in the harshest manner allowed by law!Let us not forget who the real victim(Elizabeth)is.Pure evil(Alyssa)is born not made.

  • ParamorePunk7... CLEARLY elizabeth is the victim... and alyssa should rott in jail for what she did.. it wasnt elzabeths time to go .. but a cruel idiot took her life away for a sick pleasure... ((elizabeth))

  • Ugh Alyssa Is So Disgusting For Doing Such A Thing.. I Hope She Gets What She Deserves ... LIFE In Prison XO ((( Elizabeth)))XO R<I<P Lil one may god be with your family durring this tough time...

  • a victim? you can't be serious... she killed a child.

  • hey,

    i was just wondering,

When you first met her and when you barely new her,

was she always "strange" or was she just going through tought times then?

  • This is case is so tragic... I just feel like Alyssa was seeking attention in the worst way and maybe she felt misunderstood... I don't know, but Jennifer seems like an awesome friend. It's a pity that Alyssa was mostlikely oblivious... :[

  • Well if she really wanted to know what it felt like to kill someone, she should've read a book about war, or a murderer. I've read enough adventure/action books to know that if you kill someone, you basicly see their face in your sleep everynight. And feel horrible for it... But that's what I've read in a hundred books.

  • Hi Jennifer, it is so go to meet you. I am so proud of you for going on TV and sharing your personal experience about your friendship with Alyssa Bustamante. It must be a very confusing and troubling thing to wrap your mind around. I feel so bad for the family of Elizabeth Olten along with you and countless others.

  • con't...... You can definitely take your life experience of this an turn it into something positive. Warn other teens about the sign and help advocate on behalf of victims. You are a victim of this tragedy as well.

  • I guess I must be a little tired also, LOL

I meant to write "it is so good to meet you", so "go" above means "good"!! Sorry bout that misspelled error...

  • I wish they would stop making such a big deal about the electric fence.

My sister and I use to play with ours when we were kids. I am not crazy and I have NEVER thought about killing someone.

    5 stars... Thanks for posting!

  • I tend to agree with you on the electric fence thing, although I don't agree that hurting a sibling should be considered as fun. The lesson that so many teens could learn from this video is that if you have a friend that comes to you and says "hey, I wonder what it would be like to kill someone." They should take this seriously and tell others, because this should not be considered a normal statement for anyone to make.

  • I agree with both Gr8Hottie and Rose. First, I also think kids do many weird things for fun, like playing with an electric fence. But saying you want to see your brother or friend get hurt is not normal. She sounded very sadistic saying that.
