  • Latest news from the "peace loving" religion of islam:

2012.01.04 (Baqubah, Iraq) - Two children are dismantled by Mujahid bombers.

2012.01.04 (Abu Ghraib, Iraq) - A man and his wife are murdered in their own home by al-Qaeda gunmen.

2012.01.04 (Aden, Yemen) - Islamic fundamentalists storm and then set fire to a hotel selling alcohol. At least two guests burn to death.

2012.01.03 (Kandahar, Afghanistan) - Seven people are blown to bits by a Fedayeen suicide bomber on a tricycle.

  • @broosycruise

...considering there is about 2 million Muslims around the world, these are few acts of extremism and pure ignorance, that are seen on the news and that go unnoticed are not representative of Muslims as a whole despite how much you might want it to be, the fact is Islam is seeing exponential growth in the west, not just through births, but from conversions. The sound minded people that look past the scumbags THAT EVERY SOCIETY HAS, see the true beauty of Islam.

  • @mo389 too bad these "extremists" if you want to call them that, are dragging down your religion more than the news, instead of complaining about how you all are being "discriminated" and "attacked" why don't you go out into the street and protest and make it clear that you are against these people and they are not muslims at all. Show us tolerance and let people draw muhammed in peace without being killed.

  • @broosycruise

So tell me then, the way you are speaking now is as if you know that these acts that terrorism are not representative of us all. Why then in the first place do you discriminate against all of Islam? And how can you tell me to act upon a double standard that you place upon us?. If you want us to show tolerance for what you people do, you show tolerance for us in the first place and respect our Prophet instead of casting the first stone and saying respect me!

  • @mo389 No, its what i have been hearing from "moderate" muslims all the time, you all say that we are not like that when confronted about it, but when it happens you do nothing at all, that's the problem. No, we are aloud to draw your "prophet" whenever we want, its called expressing freedom of speech and you should respect that, if someone gets hurt or killed for expressing their freedom of speech, then there is something wrong. YOU have to respect OUR laws, not the other way around.

  • No That Suliammany Masjid

  • I dont want europe to be islamic, but i love Islam. Bless the muslims, their architecture and religion. Jews, Christians and Muslims believe in the same true God. It is the stupid politicians who are fighting with their religion against eachother, not us. I love jews too. I feel sorry for what happened in Holocaust. But antisemittism is dying, i just know it. Greetings from an Norwegian Christian, bless you all! :)

  • @Lemmetry1234 I love Christians like this, may Allah guide you and bless you :D

  • @Lemmetry1234 You are a retard. Ever heard of Taqiyya? Oh well. I like Turkey, but I find it sad, how most Turks these days shit all over Atatürks legacy.

  • /watch?v=toKCL24kfRIandfeature=related

  • im an atheist but when im high and while listening this i feel different.its like it has always been there but i have been far away for years.like no one can hear but the call is always there when we live our normal day lifes.but when im high i realise the voice.i doubt even many muslims realise it in everday life

  • @esraretin It's true that we take it for granted. We should appreciate it more :D

  • Istanbul is one of the oldest cities in the world 1453 - 1922 between the Ottoman Empires, the Ottoman caliphate in 1517, the State passed, Islam abolished until 1924, also became the center of Istanbul, the Ottoman authorities in some quarters for the city was in favor of the other names for both the city and the Ottoman government to identify and diplomatic correspondence, especially served to encourage the honorific names and synonyms used استانبول, plenty of A-stan-or İSTANBUL

  • I would love to experience this in person... beautiful.

  • i thought this mosque is now a measeum

  • @CountNadir Thats Àya Sofia, blue Mosque is real Cami.

  • Tarzan in Constantinopol

  • @Reefen014 1453... dont spread ur fucking looby here! face desaster.and what is with selanik?? u cant destroy and hide 400 years of history. SELANIK was more than 400 years TURKISH. also dont make meanles remarks like Constantinopol or somethingelse!

  • ahhhhhhhhwaaaaaaablahahlblahlbalbhalbha wahhhhheuskalib

  • ALLAHU AKBAR! SUBHANANU WA TA ALLAH ALLAHU AKBAR!

  • annoying sound, hurts my ears.

  • @kyle887923 then away with you

  • All you people that went to Turkey are lucky! I want to go there, my boyfriend lives there. When I was talking to my boyfriend I could hear this in the background. I loved that! :D

  • who disliked this? is that you Satan?

  • @moviesfan112 no it;s me a Christian

  • So beautiful.

  • Superb!

  • I wish we could hear this in aia sophia :(....

  • I'm not strictly a muslim (I consider myself a monotheist with no religious preferences) And this is the most beautiful thing in existence. Its echoes trough the warm late summer nights give me the chills every time I hear it.

  • idont mind this sound, but when i was in turkey like in 5 in the morning they called and i was asleep that's the only annoying part of it that it wakes people up when they're trying to get sleep.

  • @maggsrose1Ox Thats the whole point. one of the lines in the morning call to prayer is 'prayer is better than sleep'. Tbh nobody cares if you find it annoying.

  • when i went to turkey i hear that. i like those voices aaaaaaaaa

  • i just came from Istambul and this is something that is part of the city, food, people, the calling...

  • you guys are all disgusting. how dare any of you christians come on this video to insult islam and how dare you muslims use fowl language on a video of adhan from a mosque. i actually don't mind all the crap talking from the christians because it shows how ignorant and brainwashed you are as a person. my christian friends show islam nothing but respect. so continue, im quite entertained,

  • it's nice to see it all lit up for Christmas, - with a big " HAPPY CHRISTMAS " banner of lights, strung up between the towers.

  • @Nemanja1475 you stupid, illiterate, jumped-up serb.. it's blue mosque(built in 1609-1616 by ottomans) ,not hagia sophia.what an illiterate moron..

  • @nacibirinci My bad :D

  • What a bloody noise, if this was in my town that mosque wouldn't be standing

  • @TheSuperclarets101 if you were in my town you'd be my sex kitten

  • This was an Orthodox Church...but later converted into the Mosque

  • I was born a Christian but have never been massively religious, but stuff like this is quite inspiring. Pretty building too. Misguided persons think all muslims are terrorists.

  • i love Istanbul & the mosque prayers

  • mashaallah. praise to ALLAH THE GREATEST, love the sound of any azaan, may He guide all the humans.

  • χοντζας χαχαχα

  • I went to Istanbul last February! haha the call woke me up almost every morning! I saw the Blue Mosque as well! it was beautiful!

  • I want to go to Turkey and see all this. :(

  • Have a mosque in my town, it started doing this, we destroyed it ! I don't want to be listening to this whilst having a shit !

  • @TheSuperclarets101 That is unrespectful. Where do you live? If your country is a non-muslim country they wouldn't do it so loud that the whole town can hear it. In Germany there are mosques and you don't hear a bit of it... because they just make it "hearable" for the people who actually pray in the mosque...

  • günde 5 vakit domalma yeri

  • give the Hagia Sofia back to the Christians

  • @chrisleeds91 The day you give Spain, Palestine, Kosovo, Chechnya, Afghanistan, etc back we will give Hagia Sofia back

  • @aoa9293 give us Egypt and Iraq back too

  • @chrisleeds91 Hey you cant really blame us for them converting to the religion

  • @chrisleeds91 on top of that the many wars which the Romans started ended with their own defeat, and their own loss of land. So you cant blame us for defending ourselves and at the same time gaining support from the surrounding tribes

  • It's an experience. And yes I fasted but only for 2 days since my hubby and I got here toward the end of Ramadan. But I'm not muslim and neither is my husband anymore. But it was a positive experience. And keeps the family happy! :) Iftar is best time he he he he. :) And we all know why. :))

  • American here married to a Turk. I'm here in Istanbul right now. And the weather is so perfect. I'm from Texas and it's so frigin hot. I'm so glad it's cooler weather here. And during the time of Ramadan no less :) Got to here this twice in the morning and I'm trying to get use to it. But it's a nice relaxing sound afterward. I'm staying with my Husbands family in Faith which is a very religious district of Istanbul. More Call To Pray here! :)) Can't wait to get some sleep! But I love Ramadan.

  • very good recital.

  • I am a US citizen and have been living in Turkey for over a year now - fulfilling a two year work contract...I am compelled to comment that I find the Turks - in general - to be far more educated and respectful than the Americans....as for religion, I think each is A truth and none is THE truth...mutual respect is the way. Let's be kind to our fellow humans.

  • intro to the exorcist 1973

  • listening to this make me want to shit, why the fuck is he screaming for.

  • @ee7885 he is asking the believers to come and pray. I am an atheist but not an idiot like you. we should respect peoples beliefs.

  • I miss Turkey so much (I've been to Turkey in 2008)! Especially Istanbul. Turkey made me fall in love with Islam. And this week I hope to do my shahada!

  • This would be cool to hear a couple of times in a week, or at max once a day, but I believe it might get irritating if it's been called five times a day specially if you live near. Well, maybe you'll get used to that, dunno

  • If I'm going to stay in Sultanahmet next fall, I think I will have to take some ear plugs with me, even though prayer calls are beautiful.

  • @ToastedCigar hahaha no need for those :) there's an offical decibel limit for the prayers and it's not ear splitting and very high. it sounds high in this video :)

  • The Qua'an is 100% right. Ask this question to any Christian and they will NOT have an answer for it. Do you believe that your FUTURE sins are forgiven you simple because you believe Christ died on the cross for you? If you answer YES to this question, then I guess you are free to sin. But If you answer NO and say it's down to us to repent, well, people were repenting before the time of Christ, so, what's the point of Christ being crucified if our FUTURE sins are based on our repentance?

  • @macktheknife888

And Allah is supposed to write the year out for every Muslim on the planet in a short space of time? Religion doesn't make sense - it's all bullshit. Allah is as real as my imaginary friend Jesus.

  • I will visit Istanbul next month. I am excited..i cannot wait!!

Salamu Alaykum from a brother from Kosovo. We love you Turkey

  • I feel like I aught to say this, despite this being bloody YouTube:

The sound is beautiful. Deny that, and you deny your spirit.

Take only the Extremists of any religion, and you see a group of maniacs and murderers.

I understand why those who are not Muslim would not want to hear this in the (early) morning. It must suck.

Please, keep the bigotry and hate to a minimum. Some of us (like me) have hours to go through and tag hate-propaganda as spam.

  • so much ignorance, so much hate, enjoy the pure harrowing voice. Im not even muslim before you say it

  • Thumbs up if your here because you went on holiday to turkey :)

  • @ksdmd14 I weep for the day when that happens. RIP Western Europe.

  • It's like call of the Devil!

  • @utube3888 how u can say this :((

  • @utube3888 Im no muslim but do you even know what islam stands for?

  • Im a Christian and totaly disagree with you.

  • islam sucks, its an ideology based on a cult no different from nazism. it is the gospel of satan, and thats coming from a non religous individual, do you not see waht they do in the name of islam through those countries, its barbaric savagery.

  • @RoadRageBackinTown

what d fuck u think u r doing...ppl r smarter than u to make their own opinion. muslims are good ppl. so shut the fuck up.

  • @warrior4just I'm an apostate, I know exactly what islam is. the only smart muslims are those that see the light and leave islam. remeber this when you stick up for muslims, it is they that are eradicating the middle east of all christians using brutal savagery. just look in the news and see for yourself. so if you really think that those that follow islam are smart you are just as blind as them

  • @RoadRageBackinTown

argument by assertion, ur point is fallacious. now until u know what islam really is, the speak in the name of muslims. u may be raised muslim, but u havent tested the divinity of islama pparently or "reverted" by conviction. u've been brainwashed son. and u saying other muslim r blind makes u sleep at night, grerat. u might as well be an atheist son

  • @RoadRageBackinTown Umadbro?

  • @ksdmd14 lmao i literally laughed at how retarded your comment was! fag disease lmfao

  • Fuck Turkey was Christian, now a Muslim! The blue mosque was a church before!!!!

  • @MattiasAyd what?? the blu mosque wasn´t a church before!! the hagia Sofia was a church before!! go and read history u piece of crap!!

  • @ilike2vlog so? You think I am going to offend, you retarded shiptar? I accept that in Kosovo Shipars are big majority.....way too big.

  • iritating sound ahahah

  • It is sooooooooooo beautiful!!!

  • beidlgsicht me to!

  • neekeriukko huutaa :DDd

  • @ksdmd14ill try not taking what you say as an insult but actually it's not about muslims inbreeding no more now in germany and england people who convert to isalm has quadrupled and last year officially islam has surpassed catholics and became the world's largest religion.maybe all these people have a reason try looking at it.and you couldn't hace chosen worse example for those who support us.peods, communism, homos are all banned in islam..and this year muslims have the largest number of doctors

  • @ksdmd14 a bit sooner than that actually

  • This Ezan, which is the call for pray in Islam.

    Its translation is

    God is Greatest

I bear witness that there is no God except the One God.

I bear witness that Muhammad is God's Messenger

    Come to salat (prayer, worship)

    Come to success

    God is Greatest

There is no god except the One God.

  • ACTUALLY IT'S CONSTANTINOPLE.....

  • @AleksandrosBr no since 1453 it's Istanbul. sry

  • @AleksandrosBr Actually, it hasn't been for hundreds of years. W'Allahi, kardes.

  • @AleksandrosBr Actually you piece of shit. This is Istanbul for every time Dickhead. Go burn in Fire.

  • Christian here. We need to adopt something awesome like this instead of "Turn your hymnals to page..."

  • Comment removed

  • From one Christian to others posting below: there is such ignorance, narrow mindedness and misinformation in many of your comments. Read a book, attend a class, and perhaps broaden your mind people - also - stop relying on an obviously partisan and biased news network as your primary source of information (they want to keep you ignorant to keep your viewership). The fear mongering and lies that have come to fill your minds are ill-founded and you should feel embarrassed of your weak judgements.

  • I live near a Mosque and I think these call for prayers disturbs non muslims. The noise sounded that the devils screeling. If they worship a true God then they should pray humbly and silently. I find this practice most disgusting and selfish.

  • @utube3888 - the sound of the noisy sound of churches disturbes always disturbes me tooo and bring me headache !!!!!

  • @utube3888 - the sound of the noisy bells of churches disturbes always disturbes me tooo and bring me headache !!!!!

  • @utube3888 u r right, I'm Saudi and the place I live in, there are 4 mosque around my house. I can't sleep! I agree with you that they should do it humbly and silently so we can sleep easily.

  • @3zizmail

You think you have it bad. In Albania where i live im sorrounded by an orthodox church, by a catholioc church and a masque 3 blocks away. Its torture from 6 am onward...you cant sleep..

  • @3zizmail if they do silently how come muslims know its time for prayers

if you dont like it close your windows and doors, then sleep

  • @utube3888 then stop your church devilish sounds too

  • Yes, let's respect a culture that breeds war, pestilence and famine. Respect their religious beliefs that lead them down a path of violence and hate. A staple of their religion is to not respect other religions but show them the respect they refuse to give anyone else. Can we get a cruise missle to this mosque? Respect the religion that persecutes women and pushes martyrdom.

  • This happens if you show tolerance towards Islam

    /watch?v=Q-KRHXssauI

  • @TheRockZH

go freaking do something else, clean ur country from sodomites...ya dipshit

  • test

  • @AO777XP

  • something enigmatic about it, i love themiddle east, always wanted to see the sunset among the mosques and palm trees, wanna visit so bad

  • ISLAM= SWORD, BLOOD & TERROR

  • @AO777XP go to die you idiot!

  • What camera did u use to record this? The sound is superb

  • Have they given this back to the Orthodox Church yet?

  • @Kremlin59 it never was a church you ignorant, it was bulit in 17th century. you dont even know what you are talking about

  • @Kremlin59 Brother, I think you've made a mistake. This is Sultan Ahmet Mosque aka The Blue Mosque. It was made as a mosque by Mimar Sinan, the greatest architect in history! You must be confused with Hagia Sophia which was a church but the ottomans converted it into a mosque and now it's a museum.

You asked a question if the turks will give the Hagia Sophia back to Christianity. Well let me ask you a question. Will the Spanish give the Mezquita back to Islam!?

  • @LORDMCHUGH Good point, I feel the same way, but if your also an American then you know how intertwined islam and terrorism are in this country. Even though most are good people its the bad ones that have made us demonize everything islamic. Its no different than my grandfathers generation, he and many others still have a deep seated hatred towards the japanese even though the war is long over with and japan is one of our closest alies today.

  • religion of hate

  • Beautiful mosque

  • @idiots731 It was a church before a mosque. You can thank the Byzantines, not Arabs.

  • @SenatorGrimshaw we're not Arabs you idiot

and it is remarkable that it wasn't torn down

it's a very valuable part of history

  • @SenatorGrimshaw

    we're not Arabs you idiot

and the one built by the Byzantines is Hagia Sofia(Ayasofya) and it was used as a Church and a Mosque but is now primarily a museum since it carries so much history

Blue Mosque was built by the Ottomans in the 17th century and is famous for its turkish blue tiles inside (the word turqouise actually comes from the Turks because Ottoman architecture was known for using blue)

get your history and your races straight( I repeat, we're TURKISH)

  • @EmWatsonn

More Importantly than Turkey, we are all MUSLIMS. Each country is weak, united under ISLAM as we were under the Rasul saaws and his sahaba, we will be strong once again. One Ummatil Islam, no weak countries, ONE UMMAH.

  • @eviilhomerr nope that's not " more importantly than" anything really

we might be all muslims and all of us have some degree of belief in Islam but that's their own business.

No one should be forced to believe in anything and no one should bu suppressed into believing in the things they don't believe in.

Nationality and religiousness are two separate things.

And that's what I think Turkey should keep on believing

PS: why talk about this on youtube?

  • @EmWatsonn

It is definitely more important than nationalism. If you are a Muslim then you believe in all parts of Islam, you don't pick and choose. The rasul saws said that nationalism is "rotten" and the Quran specifically says to stay away from it.

I never said anyone should be forced to believe anything, there is no compulsion in religion, that is not what the Ummatil Islam is about. Secularism has made the Middle East weak, only Islam can make it strong again.

PS - It is dawah, my duty

  • @eviilhomerr

Regardless of what you believe, I still don't think youtube comments section is the right place for religious debates

Also "secularism have made MIddle East weak"??

How much of Middle East is secular? And yet, even though majority of Middle East is not secular, MIddle East is still weak.

At least Im happy that you dont think people should not be forced to believe anything.

  • @EmWatsonn

How much? Well...Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Syria, Turkey. The rests are monarchies.

Now get rid of all of this and establish one Islamic State. One united people instead of every seperate nation hating each other will be able to defend itself from outside influence which does not have good intentions. Also all the leaders of Middle Estern countries now are dictators and oppressive.

  • @EmWatsonn LOL subhana Allah brother

I am an Arab and I HATE when people think that only all Arabs are Muslims and the rest are not

may Allah guide them and guide fi sirat al mustqim

  • Truly a beautiful mosque, one love from the muslimeen ummah.

  • did someone cut that mans balls of?

    atleast it sounds like so

  • @LaxeCas may be your balls will be cut off, asshole. listen stupid monkey, this is the call for our prayer. and next if you hear this in your life, don't say like you did because you will have your boths balls in your pocket. Fuck off Now.!!!

  • @jadu1107

    the religion of peace

hahahaha, go on stone someone to death because he is different or joked etc.

  • When I was in the Air Force about 12 years ago I spent 6 months in Turkey (near Adana). I would actually look forward to hearing this. Even though I had no idea what was being said it just sounded pure, and very moving. The Turkish people I came in contact with were incredibly nice and were curious about life in America. I consider myself fortunate to have experienced a Muslim culture for a brief period of my life. It erased any ill-conceived notions that I held at the time. I miss Turkey.

  • @ucfknightsjay As a Greek i have to say u r a moron...Constantinople used to be the capital of Orthodox faith and they turned Hagia Sofia into a mosque..Turks are barbarians and u should be ashamed as a Christian to even like them...Stupid Americans u support a Muslim state and u abandoned us...U let them fly over our islands and have claims in our lands..U will be punished for that one day...

  • @ucfknightsjay Hi you probably know what it means by now but in case anyone wants to know:

God is greater (than all things) x 4

I bear witness that there is no god but Allah x 2

I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah x 2

    Come to prayer x 2

    Come to success x 2

God is greater (than all things) x 2

There is no god but Allah x 1

I first heard the call to prayer at 7 yrs old in Meccah and broke down in tears - thought that some voice from distant past was calling me. Peace

  • As beautiful as it is, don't stay too close to the Blue Mosque (for tourists) or you won't be able to sleep late. Galata tower is the perfect place to stay if you are ever planning a trip. If you need a cheap, clean hotel - Hippodrome Hotel...there are two, not the one that calls itself "the original".

  • Yeah, Turkey is amazing! It puts Lebanon to shame, no offense Lebanese :D...don't be sad you have beautiful singers...Elissa and that other women, what is her name :P oh yeah, Nancy. And, the belly dancer that pretends to be a singer, something Wehbe...I am guessing she is Lebanese too?

  • Mashallah, This is so genuinely beautiful. I love you turkey!

  • Very nice singing.

Me person ain't Muslim, but I really enjoy listening to it

  • WOW ! :)

  • @vbear66 fuck your voice you fucking atheist kkk shit. you are a stupid scumbag even you have an ugly face and and afraid of Muslims , looser racist scumbag.

  • Beautiful! I visited Istanbul for two weeks last year- my first muslim country. It was incredible, and the prayer calls were my favorite... even though they woke me up every morning early. There are speaker systems throughout the city coming from different mosques, so you here more than one prayer call at the same time- some are distant, some are close. I don't know if they coordinate the ones that are within blocks of one another.

  • How is the sound amplified so much? are there speaker systems throughout the entire city? sorry, this might sound like a stupid question, im just curious
