Even if you train Kung fu all your life like Shaolin and never fight a single person there are SO many benifits. Kung fu keeps your body in such good shape and your inner strength is amazing. I dont think iv seen a shaolin monk get to old to do anything, they looks old, but its like they are 20 years old till they die =D What could be better than that?

@evankavy Most of what is in the video is Wu Shu, not Gung Fu. The Chinese government runs the temples now to pull in the tourist revenue.
