  • thats almost sounds like new wave / black metal , really cool !

  • awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee love ya

  • ehehe Nice ;) this is a good idea ;) nice played.

  • damn ur good

  • Okay, someone needs to explain these comments to me. What does "needs more cowbells" supposed to mean? And why do I see it frequently in the top comments? Oh, and same goes for that "arrow to the knee" comment. So seriously, what are they supposed to mean?

  • @CodyOfTheWarzone Arrow to the knee is a Skyrim meme that popped up after that game came out, the cowbell meme is from an old sketch on Saturday Night Live with Blue Oyster Cult and Christopher Walken.

  • I KNEW other people did this with their snare. But this is the first time Ive seen it! :D

  • Finally someone puts Sabian b8 to some good use haha

  • 15 people can´t play piano and drums at the same time

  • i used to play like you but i took an arrow in the knee....

what da fuck am i sayin'?

i cant play like you ;)

  • respect for the divided attention

  • freaking sick bro

  • i couldn't do that even with a......... band :/

  • could i ask why you have a splash on your snare???

    good job aswell :)

  • @jay666rob That is what gives my snare that unique, DnB sound in this video, try it out!

  • @LukeSnyderMusic what keyboard were you using? sounds pretty good, and that fill at the end is amazing O.o

  • reminds me of the matrix for some reason? lol

  • so dope !

    snare change ups !

  • ever thought of looping your piano riffs, then playing drums with TWO hands! so many activites...

  • like "ostinato"

  • haha i do this in my band too, except i add screams, cool set up, keep it real

  • Fuhck yew, bitsh!

  • NICE

  • cool!

  • F harmonic minor, nice choice! You should try that same keyboard pattern in fourths or fifths, it would make it sound a little more brutal. Well done

  • That was awesome.

  • which drumkit is this?

  • youve achieved something only chuck norris has achieved!

  • @DrummingKid101 This is my favorite comment! Haha :D

  • Damn that looks hard

  • good work dude!! give us some more

  • Thumbs-up.

  • Way to go dude! Fucking loved it!

  • Congratulations ! :-)

  • Really Cool :)

  • Dude, what you need to do is pull a Jojo Mayer,

Take a 14" cymbal (Or whatever the diameter of your snare is) and cut out the outer 2" of the cymbal as a whole piece and put it around your snare.

  • @joeydrummer19 Hey, try it out sometime! It is a bit tricky, but its fun!

  • This is wicked! Nice one

  • @ScottishDoonie Thanks bro! Glad you dig it :D

  • Veryy niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • im curious, whats the point of the splash on the snare head?

  • @xxSPiKeZxx326 it changes the sound

  • needs more cowbell

  • @iAmBacher I agree. He really needs to explore the studio space.

  • veeeeerrryyyy niceeee!! but i also hear a bit of dubstep as well ;))

    Please keep it coming.

    You rock!!! yeah!

    Peace and love!

    -Kenwood- :-)

  • thats great! I'm a guitarist by trade, but due to unreliable bandmates and attending grad school I'm having to become a jack of all trades. This was well done.

  • @megaman9000 Haha, I feel ya! I really enjoy being able to write my own music though, I don't think I would rather have it any other way. Being a jack of all trades is the way to go!

  • @LukeSnyderMusic

well I still think there's nothing better than having great and experienced musicians at your side because you inspire each other ,)

  • @megaman9000 same here man, i play drums for my band but i write about 80% of our music that we actuly use

  • damit....

    im loving your videos

  • @lucasathus I'm so glad dude! I try to keep them interesting :D Thanks for leaving all these comments, you rock man!

  • @timothauros Thanks man! Its a lot of fun to play, but hard :D

  • great job man!!!!

  • great

  • hoky shit thats awsome

  • i like this.

  • I can't get over how punchy that kick is when it's only like 8" deep! That's awesome man!

  • @DrummersRock23 Thanks man, it took a lot of hard work to get it where it is!

  • very nice! haven't seen this done yet before

  • @alexpaktjeterug thanks! I think it turned out pretty cool :D I've seen a couple guys do something similar.

  • This deserves at least 50 times the views it has... Pure awesome!

  • @KonstantinUb You could always share it... :D thanks man!

  • Comment removed

  • @LukeSnyderMusic I sure did! :)

  • wow this is AWESOME!!!

  • Awesome! I have alot of trouble syncing three different things, And you do four!

  • @GTAtomten Its all a matter of repetition and starting out slowly :D It took me a little while to get into a flow playing this, and it still doesn't groove too well, its pretty sloppy. Thanks for the great comment!

  • @GTAtomten Hello again... I'm really sorry, i told you i would have the video up.

But i haven't had internet for about a month, but now it's finally here. Hopefully the video can be up soon.

  • I say you are grate. And good sounding drums, how da hell you get so good sound!!!!?

  • @PuppetGovernmentLV Haha, thank you very much :) It takes a lot of hard work and practice for sure, but it also helps to study the work of the greats. If you want to get better, start watching lots of footage, then go practice!

  • HAHAHA dude i love your ideas but that's a way old fashion style.....

stavros lantsias (check his myspace) he is a cypriot musician and he do that all the time.....however that's cool! ;) keep it up

  • @dbarbiegirl Haha, thanks :D It may be old, but its a new one on me ;)

  • very creative. i try this ou too....

  • this is great. you and i are definatly gonna trip on shrooms and play music one day.

  • @davethebassist13 Pass on the shrooms, lol

  • @LukeSnyderMusic lol, your music is so trippy that you already feel like your on shrooms actually.

  • buenisimo loco!!!

  • @malditosusernames gracias!

  • Great men!

  • Ramon Sampson used the drumbal at the GC Drum off. Sick stuff. Your set up's odd. But whatever floats your boat :P

  • @heldbytyler Yeah, its unusual, but there's nothing wrong with it. It works perfectly :D

  • @LukeSnyderMusic I feel ya man. Mine's weird too :P

  • @heldbytyler If it works, thats all that matters :D

  • SICK SHIT!! :-) Should be longer though.. NICE! /Stevie

  • @tjubertz haha, yeah, it was pretty much a test, I've never done anything like it before. I may do a song for real in the future, but I need a lot more practice!

  • dude thats a nic ekick kick sound and just wondering what kit you use

  • @teal1500 Its actually a tiny little bass drum, from the Pearl Traveler set. Its been heavily processed, with aggressive EQing and stuff :D

  • nice man it sounds good to

  • DOPE!!

  • @girldrummer25 Thanks!

  • this is the absolute fucking shit dude !!! I want to do such things also, just I don't have the stuff... keep going with this:)

  • HOLY SHIT?!?!

  • @Unoxidized Haha, shock and awe?

  • ya lol

  • @TomTheGuitarist I can't even tell you how much I love it, its a Paiste prototype 14" Its one of a kind, and I got it at a ridiculously low price. Its crazy :D

  • Very cool! Just imagine what could be done with extra pair of arms or two! XD

  • @jcmegabyte That would be so insane to coordinate! Its hard enough with only four limbs, haha :D

  • aWESOME DUDE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DUDE 5/5

  • Ha! excellent, cool idea.

  • I think its killer bro..Luv it.

  • @ArkansasGillum Thanks mate! Stay tuned, more stuff to come.
