  • Great clip; I'm in a rush today but needed to fit in some form of cardio (no time to go to gym..) and wow, this is amazing. Amy and the ladies got my heart racing :)

  • I have noticed an onslaught of comments for videos such as this, stating that it is "not cardio-kickboxing." Having competed professionally in Muay Thai for many years, I can say virtually anything that incorporates kicks (regardless of how impractical to fighting) between aerobic sets is perfectly suitable under the title "Cardio kickboxing."

    If you wanted to learn how to fight, this definitely is not going to service you. As a cardio kickboxing routine however, this gets an A.

  • Of all the cardio kickboxing routines I have come across on Youtube, this is the best. Having just taken a part-time cardio kickbox instructor job to make extra money, watching this has supplied me with a great template.

  • I thought when we kick backwards were supposed to look back and throw teh kick a bit to teh side not directly back to protect our backs. Im not sure does anyone know?

  • its called a backthrust kick and u just trust that your supporting foot, knee and spine are perfectly aligned for the kick to be accurate - turning your head when doing a backthrust is ill advised as it sets you off balance and could also dmg your neck

  • depends on how hard youre working. can range from 30-50 cal.
