Dude, this movie is incredible, lol. I liked how you stayed in the video, and when the camera moved (applause), how even the creases in your shirt didn't move. I'm a fan of your work.
try usin windows movie maker but go in to like tools when open it and change the picture showing time to the lowest time... which I believe is .125 seconds or 8fps
I think it took me about 4 hours. or all of my stop motions, 1 minute = about 1.5 hours. This one was particularly difficult because I wanted to keep in the image, so I had to stay perfectly still for the entire time (except for my hand because i was "playing a video game").

I use a combination of windows movie maker (as RubeCube27 mentioned) and WinDVD to adjust the frame rate :)
