@Anfoghzigzehn because Capcom doesn't has involvment with Tekken, cause the creator of the franchise is Namco Bandai and they decide the bosses to be unplayable and in only one title (at least Capcom let them become usable, but with low energy), that's a problem, Namco Bandai could tune down Jinpachi and Azazel for players.
