If these people weren't exposed then how would you know about it? And the Lord God does say you can expose them in Pauls letters. Timothy or Titus I believe about false teachers coming. If He didn't want to warn us then why was it put in His words. Jesus even spoke about them in Matthew's gospel.

Bentley is doing little to bring credibility to the authenicity of the revival, but this host is doing little to properly critique it. How does he know that people aren't loving Jesus more, reading their Bibles or souls being saved? For a great read check out "A Step Into Deliverance" by T. Pugh. It's a riveting autobiography about one pastor's journey into the deliverance ministry. A real exposure on the spirit of jezebel.

The Charismatic movement started out of a desire to "experience" God. In the "authentic spiritual" experience, emotion, feelings and the senses often become intense, past normal. So, in charismatic circles, the revealed plan and operation of God in scripture becomes muted while the personal experience reigns as truth. This mode lends itself to al kinds of false teachings and heresies, and the charismatic movement has suffered such heresies in the past. Bentley is just the next in a long line.

The baptism of the Spirit is another feature of the charismatic movement. The idea is that you require a second baptism after your water baptism to be a TRUE follower of Jesus Christ, even though no scripture supports such a thing.
Many followers believe that a "gift" of speaking in tongues is a "sign" of your salvation. Many churches regard the mindless babbling they call "speaking in tongues" as "proof" of your maturity. Don't Yabba-dabba-do? Well, you're just not much of a Christian. Trite.

Slow down a little and think. I was a charismatic just like you. But I found the folly of that cultish faith and learned where it came from. Do you really know where it came from? I'm not sure if you are saying that the Bible isn't true, or if what I have presented is false doctrine. First, God's Word is the Bible and the Bible speaks of God's power and his omniscience and omnipotence. Second, it is not from a corrupted mind that I state that Bentley is false.

In this revival no one is following Bentley. God's children go there to meet with Him because there is a hunger for God there, NOT MAN! The church is tired of man, can't you see? This revival is all about JESUS, no one else. If you go for Todd, then yes, you will be dissapointed, but if you go for Jesus and to be in HIS PRESENCE. YOU WILL FIND HIM!

Not so, Here2awakenu. People are praising Todd Bentley. Check it out. Bentley has claimed powers comparable to God. Pulling people from the heavens with his voice, etc. This revival is not about Jesus, but about being hypnotized after hours of exhausting, high energy worship and then believing fairytales and heresies. 1 Tim 4:4; "They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths."

We are now born of the Spirit and have two natures... Christ nature and sin nature. Through the Christ nature in u, we put to death daily the deeds of the sin nature, so that we no longer sin.
Thus we are free from sin!

I have become careful in want I decide to label as false because sometimes the very one we oppose may be GOD HIMSELF working through that person. Just like Paul got blinded and knocked to the ground by Jesus. Paul was opposing Christians at the time.

Nope. I'm not doing that at all. I am stating clearly that Todd has lied about: his past, his tattoos, and that his "evidence" of healings and resurrections has been refuted. You can "label" something as false. After all, is Satanism ok? How about Islam? Do you "label" Atheism as false? You are called to rightly divide and interpret scripture. Now, given the text is over 2000 years old, plenty of godly scholars have done very good work on helping you read the word. Use their research to help.

He states that he didn't get tattoos until after he started preaching. That is not so. He said that he had a misdemeanor charge when he was young, then, when the media did a little investigating, they uncovered his crime of child molestation. Only AFTER the media uncovered it did he admit to it. He once stated that he was "searching", but never that he was specifically a satanist until afyer the media uncovered it.
