  • Turbine engines for RC models are always being developed and updated. As well as normal turbojets like the one Ali is showing here, turboprops, turboshafts (for helicopters) turbofans and even afterburners are all either on the market now or under development. To keep up to date with the latest technology read Radio Control Jet International, a bi-monthly magazine that features articles, reviews, show reports and expert advice.

  • That Jetcat turbine model (P80) has fallen out of production long ago and has been replaced by the P80se shortly afterwards. The newest turbines now are the P100 RX,

    P140 RX and the new P180 RX which will be available in Germany some time next year in February. It will replace the original P180 and the P180 will also be out of production.
