  • not the right move to put it on..

  • This is a perfect example of what you should do for a dislocated shoulder. You guys are on the right track by giving him liquor. The muscles in the shoulder have tensed up and the bone wants to go back into the socket, the muscles are resisting. The alcohol loosens up these muscles allowing the bone to go back into place. on the other hand alcohol will also allow the bone to pop out more easily because the muscles are loosened.

  • i thought it had to be put back in the same way it came out? well beats the way i sorted mine out i left it for about a week couldnt move it then i tripped walking to my girlfriends house without thinking put my wrong arm down to stop my self and pop was back in place

  • Ohhhhh this happened to me once...I lost my retainer and was looking under my bed for it, and I was sitting under it, holding the matress board up with 1 arm, and I reached forward with my other arm to get something, and my arm holding the matress gave out...it hurt like crazy...almost passed out--found ways to get it back in online though. It still drives me nuts--I do ballet, and whenever I do a porte de bras, it feels really weak and just wants to fall back down!

  • IT HURTS SO BAD....

  • thanks for the video, i just deslocate my arm 15 mints a go.. and i found this video to give me some idea how to put.. and i did the same, thats works.. ahaha thanks again

  • This is classic stupid. NEVER let a layperson realign a joint, especially a shoulder or hip. Pull just a little too hard or at the wrong angle and can tear tendons and legiments that attached the muscle to the bone and you'll be in far worse shape and for sure need surgery. This is a daily happening a major hospital emergency rooms. Besides, as a treat most times you'll be given a little of Michael Jackson's favorite drug, (what he calls his milk), propofol, and be semi-knocked out.

  • i found myself clenching my jaw. good for you

  • gnarly man...

  • i can dislocate it at will , is that bad =0

  • @acidmatar i think thats sometimes a birth thing like street dancers do it

  • @acidmatar same here

but i will be getting surgery next week :)

  • That's the worst way to fix your shoulder. You could've removed the towel, brought the shoulder in close, rotating it counter clockwise until the arm is pointing at 12 o'clock. Would've slid right back in without a pop or any pain...

  • Ugh this is painful to watch. I dislocated mine like 9 times (6 times in one day a couple months ago) and I'm scheduled for surgery in a few weeks.

  • siick, dislocated my shoulder 5th time last week.. booked in for surgery :(

  • Comment removed

  • UGH I HATE WHEN THIS HAPPENS FUCK

  • That was like, the freakiest thing ever, but more power to you, dude.

  • I dislocated my ankle and tore some tendons and stuff and when they were reducing my ankle, I remember yelling. Either this is less painful than what I went through, or I'm just total wuss. :]

  • @TaylorTotsYumm Well you tore tendons, so it probably hurt a lot more.

  • "It's not popping in..." Oh wait there we go

  • I saw a dude throw his arm twords the ground to put his shoulder back in place it worked

  • Didn't sugar from survival dislocate her shoulder and a black buff guy relocated it? what season was that on?

  • 2 times i have done it in my lifetime 1 time lifting weights (it was a light warmup too) over head press...and get this the other time iwas shaving my back!!!!

  • @bettydaw1970 ddamn that sucks. I got mine dislocated too from wrestling the first time and I almost dislocated it again by trying to take off a really small jacket i wore, haha

  • @4thKyuubi once it gets dislocated, it will dislocate again very often. U need to be extra careful by working on your shoulder muscles or if u could afford a surgery.

  • @Myrzah hello...once on my bike my arm popped out then popped in right away it hurted like crazy for like 30 secs does that count as a dislocated shoulder? i doubt it cuz it all happened so fast out and in lol

  • @bettydaw1970 lol i dislocated my arm also scratichin my back and i sprained it xD fukkk

  • try dislocating your should at least 12 + times like i have. it hurts like no other when it comes out, but i always have a friend or coach help me pop it back in... i've had it come out during sleep, basketball, racketball, pickleball, throwing a football, you name it. I havent gotten the surgery yet, its been a few months since it dislocated, im into weight lifting and exercise. not really liking the recovery even though i need it asap. just gonna play it safe and maybe get the surgery later.

  • @puncherki I was playing Handball and when I jumped for a shot I landed wrong on my right leg so my kneecap just went to all the to right.I couldn't do anything to put it back in place myself so I ended up goin to the hospital.

  • @puncherki Listen didn't mean any offense and I was in the cast for 3 months. They took the cast off sometime around December last year.

  • @puncherki Hon,the knee is worse,I can't parkour anymore,BMX the way I used to run,or play football,or handball anymore.I'd rather have my shoulder dislocated. It sucks I can't even go to school until next month.Sure I have my xbox and hundred games, but it gets dead after a while,d00de lol.

  • my shoulder is dislocated now... :((

  • When my shoulder dislocates it hurts more if I try to lay on my back. I just lean forward while resting my forehead on my uninjured arm on a table or something like a table. Then my injured arm (shoulder) is freely in the air. After that I get someone to pull it down slowly while moving it in circles which is kinda nice (doesn't hurt at all). Then it will be fixed like that - if he pulls enough.

  • Dislocating a shoulder sucks. It will happen all the time after it has been dislocated once. I've dislocated mine so many times I've lost count. But I'm booked up for an operation luckily:). BTW - the way you are fixing the shoulder is very weird :P.

  • @puncherki Yeah I only it was my knee I never dislocated my shoulder before.Never understood why it hasn't happened yet though.

  • Nice job.Hopefully it won't happen again

  • hahah that was awesome

  • Perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Is that A DOCTOR who fix his Shoulder ?? ?? ??

  • @bikotoy223 bad news once u got u shoulder dislocated u need surgery this happen to me

  • ooooouuuccchhh

  • thats kinda gross >.> but still at least ya got it ^^

  • @dislocateDshoulder89 I agree dislocated. I dislocated my shoulder back in 1997 and the Doctors preformed surgery to pop it back into place due to tendons and muscles being stretched and in the way. That was 13 years ago. I did my Physical therapy and did what I could to strengthen my arm to get rid of the Atrophy from being in the sling for over 2 months. My shoulder still gives me pain every now and then and hurts a bit if I over work it.

  • @Some1cracker1 Yeah, I've had the same problem and it can greatly reduce your confidence when you play sports etc; it is a cunt of an injury. I aspire to fix my shoulder to 100% also. The best thing you can do at the moment is military press to failure on the injured arm about twice a week and ensuring adequate nutrition and rest for recovery. Hope this helps and good luck!

  • i just dislocated my shoulder last Monday. To get it back in place i had to squat down, stand on my hand, and then stand back up while standing on my hand. It was a lot faster and easier then whatever you just did.

  • @dislocateDshoulder89 I agree to some extent, once you dislocate your shoulder it'll be forever easier to dislocate. Initially you you get a lot of cracking and clicking (from over-stretched ligaments moving over each other) but it can be fixed overtime by physical therapy and building up your shoulder muscles, bcuz when you strengthen your muscles itll pull the ligaments ever so slightly so it isnt as loose as when you dislocated it.

  • @Some1cracker1 well after they popped it back into place my whole arm was numb for about 3 weeks or so. And just yesterday i had surgery so it kinda bothers now but really not muc at all just kinda annoying having a sling on my arm. I would go see a doctor if the pain hasn´t gone away in a few months they probably popped it back into place incorrectly and the longer you take the worse its going to get.

  • aw man I had my shoulder dislocated for two hours so I can feel this man's pain daagn like at the beggining it doesn't hurt that bad but after a while it starts getting pretty painful

  • I dislocated my sholder during skiing, one of my ski detached and i slammed into a wall, they took me by heli to the hospital. In my life i broke, my hand, my leg and craked my scull 2 times but dislocating my sholder was the worst thing ever, i had to have where a cast for 2 months. If it happens to you first time and you have money go for an operation. Now when my shoulder dislocates i put a bottel under my arm and pull down until it pops back, i had over 30 shoulder dislocation during 5 years

  • @statsbiblotek1 most defenietly

  • great now i know how to put it back whenever this occurs again to me lol, ohh & i just got my arm back to place , i had to go to the hospital & all & they drugged the crap out of me cus the pain was severe & they got me really high lol, thumbs up this ! thumbs up for being able to get injected with medication that gets you high as hell (: !!!!!!!!!!!

  • jajajajaja same shitt happend to me xD

  • umm i just dislocated my left shoulder3 mins ago,,, instead of calling 911 i went to youtube and watched this vid. thank you for saving my arm

  • when i dislocated my shoulder all my dad and sis did was hold me down while my mom held my shoulder and pulled my arm then i heard something go pop. i was relieved that it was fixed then she put my arm in a splint and put a slang on it. craziest day of my life

  • I'm twelve years old and I have dislocated my shoulder 5 times in 2 months.

In cheerleading I'm at the top of the pyramid and they dropped me and my shoulder scraped across the bleachers, making me dislocate my shoulder.

    I never cry.

I guess I did that day.

  • I was making my bed this evening (serves me right for waiting until 7pm to do it) and my shoulder popped out the socket. The original injury happened in 2007 & this is the 2nd time it's popped out since. The pain was unbelievable I became nautious & my eyes started twitching almost. I'm pretty sure I was about to pass out.

Make matters worse I was home alone. I didn't know what to do so I started massaging around the socket & the muscles. It went back in on it's own.

Then I felt like a big baby

  • you the one who reduced her shoulder, too much messed up, if you reduced the shoulder to the wrong place, it will function in its new place, and there fore, a shoulder might be higher than the other, dont ever do it if you are not pro trained

  • @sonnyafrica1 Haha! You've never had your shoulder dislocate, have you? You aren't thinking - well let me call the paramedics. You're thinking - omg, this is so horrible, it needs to get back in right now. I've been relocating my own shoulder for years. I used to go to the doctor everytime it happened, but they always did an x-ray and said it was back in place. So, now I don't bother. I use the good arm to pull the bad arm in place and go on with life.

  • @sonnyafrica1 I do agree that People shouldn't pop their own shoulder back into place, because they do not know what kind of tendon damage or muscle damage is going on near the dislocated Shoulder. I had an Epileptic Seizure and dislocated my shoulder when I fell and slammed my shoulder into a department store table. When my shoulder disclocated, The Doctors tried to pop it back in but Muscles and tendons were preventing that, So they had to preform surgery.

  • i recently dislocted my shoulder and really upset about it, its much like of being hadicapped, im doomed,

anyway, if you dislocated your shoulder just send me a message, i really want to benefit from your experience, as already worried about it, the internet stories are crazy, you read how many times people re dislocate their shoulderss..

share me the experience, im over

  • Shit dude, you're a handy guy to have around. Nice work!

  • the new way is hundred percent working with repairing thr shoulder 190 % and better than before,,,,

this new method i only know it in the universe

  • i found a killer treatment for shoulder dislocation

    i found it,,,,

  • ive dislocated my shoulder and broke my collar bone at the same time never felt anything :P

  • @Hoops355 hello hoops, so can we share your experience with me?

  • @89miketysonn I cant really remember it that much happened 8 years ago was mucking around and i jamp off a swing lmao and when i fell i fell on my back i guess the force popped my shoulder out and broke my collar bone

  • the sad truth that medicie is unable to find a real way to repair shoulder dislocation, this is a serious injury, wonder what sling or immobliziation is going to help,

thats so f=unbelivable, read the latest medicine studeies, all of them say, recurrence of dislocation is obligatory,,,, FU***ck, thats why follow the way and tie your arm inwardly to your body and this seems the only fuc*****king way

  • this study is done by american orthopeadic society ,,,

    the link is

    ajs . sagepub . com/content/30/1/116.abstract

you will just be fuc***king surprised, those slings are fukin worthless sheeet

  • " less shoulder strain. The natural assumption would be that sports activity directly influences recurrence. However, age-adjusted logistic regression analysis revealed that the correlation between sports and recurrence rate was false. Our statistical findings also clearly showed that physical therapy and immobilization do not reduce the risk of recurrence."

  • read this crime,,, this shows physical therapy so does sling doesnt benefit the body and here its "We evaluated the factors influencing the recurrence rate after primary anterior traumatic shoulder dislocation, especially sports activity. A significant number of patients changed to athletic activities that produce

  • Re dislocation is a crime, it will unstabilize and destroy your life,

if you follow that way, you will no more suffer no dislocation, and this true theory says, a dislocated shoulder will come stronger than the normal shoulder...

arent you guys lucky now??? i swear its the only true way for treating a shoulder injury, be blessed, your brother,

    kareem abdul jabbar

  • my best friend who is a boxer. dislocated his shoulder in a fight, and recovered,

but he was suffering from the sling, saying he feels a loose arm, i told him of my way of treatment, he just tied his arm, now he said, he is feeling great, and will get to boxing after fully recovery, i help my friends, this way is not publized yet, we know, few people only... MISSED OLD SCHOOL boxing (where i had my best friends ever)

  • Actually people, another dislocation is impossible if your arm was fully recovered, so dont rush it and wait,

Those who suffer re dislocation while sleeping, because they didnt heal, recover their arm,

RE DISLOCATION DOESNT HAPPEN IF YOU FULLY RECOVERED YOUR ARM

  • i will care 10 times more about my shoulder,

honeslty speaking, dont be wondering i told you that i can bench press now, do pull ups, and dips and everything with my injuired shoulder

but no, wait for six month and dont have another dislocation,,,

    boxing is my life,

i go to university to just get a degree and then will go to boxing,

    actually people,,,,

  • i broke my wrist when i was 7 years old (13 years ago) it took from me to heal 3 months with no any movement of the wrist, so you imagine, wrist is a small part, what if it is a shoulder? and when i moved my wrist the doctor was upset and going insane, i was a small kid at that time, so i didnt know how serious my injury was, the bottom line is, if wrist injury is serious, then shoulder injury is ten times serious than the wrist

  • actually, going to gym before 6 month is a crime, cause your arm is still recovering, and docs statistics and study is untrue, they say after two weeks start to train it, you cant train your arm if its not yet recovered!!! and therefore, will be surprised if you re dislocate your arm again,,, coman brothers its so simple, actually,

  • nineth day (today)..

decided to no further train my arm for the next 6 month, and will tie my arm unmercifuly for the next 6 month to try to re build my arm my own way...

why tie your arm? because i started to have flashback, when i dislocated my shoulder, i felt numbed pressure on my shoulder, how to recover my shoulder?

i should feel that pain again, and when tie my arm, i felt that,,,,, its like an equation

  • fourth day, i started to find an alternative way, it seems that sling is useless, i took off my belt and tied my shoulder too much towards my chest

fifth day- a miracle, 60 percent of movement and rotation came back

sexth day- i did some exercises crying and missing them, with some pain

seventh day- decided to bench press with low weights

eighteth day- gained 99 percent of my arm movement with little pain

  • i will wait for six months rather than have a surgery, trust me its our only way out of this terrible execution, i will tell you how my shoulder got better,

im now in the 9th days of the injury,

first day- i was so scared, i thought my boxing future is over

second day- i missed my weight plates, with incredible pain and with zero movement and rotation of the arm,

third day- i started to lose fully movement of arm, and couldnt move it for an inch,

  • once the blood no more recirulate, tell some1 to loose the tie a little bit and re tie it again , you are not allowed under any cirumstance to move your shoulder, if you waited for 6 month doing this incredible way, you will be surprised your shoulder will get stronger than he was,,,, im now using a belt to tie my arm to my chest, and it feels like great, those who re dislocate their shoulders should take it as a serious matter of life or death, surgeries will make it worse,

  • i read in history medicial books, how they used to treat a dislocated shoulder.. they first give the patient 6 month of rest period, in this month, you are not allowed to move your shoulder, if you moved it, the 6 month should start again, and they have their arm tied to a tree or something inwardly to the body like as if you are tighenting your arm for 6 month towards your chest and keep it very tight,

  • do you want that? your body bones to be replaced with someone else bones?? thats crazy,,, surgeons are crazy, dont have any surgery, whether with arthoscopic or traditional surgery, they play in your arm and shoulder, best advise to fully recover, stay for 6 months imobilizing your arm to full recover, and muscles full recover, tendons and ligaments. if you practise before 6 month of inensive caring of your shoulder, then you will re dislocate your shoulder,

  • reading about those who dislocate their shoulders too much, makes me sick, and feels worried bad frustrated, you people are crazy, if someone dislocated his shoulder he shouldnt move it for 2 month at least, re dislocation is a problem will eventually the docs have to remove parts of your shoulder, and once that happen, no surgery, no surgeon, no doctor will help you, its useless unless if they remove your bones and replace it with corpse bones.

  • especially mike tyson incredible shoulder muscles, thats why he punches so fuking hard with a stable nice shoulder ,,,, love you mike tyson, i will repair my shoulder without relying on any doctor.. boxing is my life, i was going to drop out university after this accident, i cant study, cant focus anymore, what saddens me, my gloves, my weight plates, my barbell, i cant quit crying

  • even i would say if mike tyson was to punch someone standing on the 5th step, he wouldnt had dislocated his shoulder, we were fools, street fights, university fights, school fights are for fags, real boxers like bruce lee , mike tyson dont suffer injuries, coz they are well trained, there over sized muscles, over big muscles, whether shoulder or back muscles, will help their bones in,

  • i felt so sad, all my friends were happy the other day, i couldnt join them, when i go to gym i see those heavy weight lifters and envy them, guys dont wonder why muhmad ali clay or mike tyson or sonny liston or evander hoyfield hadnt suffered any shoulder dislocation, because fellows, they do too much of dips, scientests have said, dips is the most powerful exercise for shoulders than triceps, so once that boxers are fully trained, they go and beat up their opponent,

  • i lost too much, i hate eeverything now, i was planning in summer, to become a boxing champ, now evverything is gone with those doctors, what they should know, there is a treatment for shoulders that they dont know, sling is nothing, no one wears it, it will makes you feel more sicker and will let you suffer

  • the first thing the doctors try to feed you, is, you will re dislocate your shoulder again, now you people think, see how technology is advanced in computers, pc games, norton, everythiing, but medicine it stops advancing, even they give you the worthless sling to imobilize your arm for a month or 2 weeks with no any benefit, when i dislocated my shoulder, i felt how lucky i was with two fine shoulders, now, i will fight with one arm,

  • what everyone have to say, medicine is fuc****ked up, i dislocated my shoulder 9 days ago, while having a street fight, the mother fuc**ker was standing on the 5th step, i was on the ground, i tried to punch him to his head,, but i rotate my shoulder too much so it dislocated, he the terrorist who started the fight, i was a heavy weight lifter, daily benching with 300 lbs, biceb curls 160 lbs, and pull ups and dips, but now, i hardly practise with 20 lbs, 20 lbs,

  • haha lookjq at the towel its all wrinkly then straight ha

  • I have a major problem with shoulder dislocation really hurts

  • omg its like birthday omg his shoulder -.-

  • Brave kid, Whenever a shoulder dislocation occurs, you should have it reduced by a physician or someone who knows how to reduce shoulders within the first 24 hours. Delaying this can result in greater injury, and much more pain and complications once you finally attempt to reduce it.

  • @metaron1977...So far in the last 2 yrs, my left shoulder has dislocated over 200 times...accident at work!!

I have had 3 surgeries so far and the next (hopefully within the month) including a bone graft, they have all so far failed, and my arm continues to dislocate 2/3 times a day!!...I can reduce the dislocation with the help of anyone, its just knowing which way to turn and manipulate the shoulder so it pops back in. By the way, it syill hurts like a SOB when it happens, even today!!

  • I have dislocated my shoulder twice. The first time it hurt pretty bad, but I was able to get back into the gym again in a couple of months (lifting), But after the second dislocation, about 8 months later, I haven't been able to use my arm as much. I can't lay on my left side for very long because of the pain. I wonder what happened to it?

  • Get surgery done quick. Don't use it much, let the swelling go down, get surgery. torn labrums and rotator cuffs don't heal on their own, maybe after 2 yrs of keeping it at ur side

  • mines came out 7 times in the past 3 years and i find that its kinda like a G.I. Joe, like when you pop their shoulders out its hard as fuck at first but keeps getting easier every time you do it haha

  • Ive dislocated both shoulders with in a month, but tbe first time hurt much more because I had to wait over an hour for a doctor,where-as the srcond time was at rugby practice were on of my coaches is a doctor and it got popped back in imediately

  • try sitting in a hospital for 10 and a half hours with a dislocated shoulder because the first doctor is a retard paki who didnt know wut he was doing and had to wait for the other doc to come in. horse shit

  • oh god

  • That shit hurts really bad, actually i'ts better to break a leg.

  • fffuuuck i have dislocated my shoulder about 5 times. The last time it hurt sooooo much it was crazy. and i had to wait about 2-3hours in the hospital. i bet somebody has even waited longer than that but to me that was way too long. they gave me morfine but it didnt do shit.

  • hahahahaha u fucken funny look at ur face

  • hey had about 20 shoulder dislocations and 2 shoulder recons best thing to do when u dislocate ur shoulder or what i found is to put it in a sling after but get a sling with a strap that goes around ur back aswell this is the best posiable way for it to heal.. also for the first 2-3 weeks ALWAYS sleep with this sling on... i reckon i dislocated my shoulder maybe 5 times the night sleepin after i just done it threw the day

  • i dislocasted my shoulder last night wilst i was sparing but it poped strate back into place but im not sure if it is just resting on the joint or if it has gone back in how do i no if it has poped back in to the joint????

  • no1 dun it more then me i dont think, dose it 1. stil hurt badly

2.feel like they is muscle trapped under the bone (armpit)

3 . delayed reaction from lifting it up,

truth is u wud no if it was still dislocated coz u be in loads a pain

  • Three days of extreme pain till I saw this... Thanks guys pain is gone!!!

  • A physician used an entirely different technique on me today, I had to lie facedown on a table with my discolated shoulder + arm hanging down. They strapped small weights to my hand and asked me to start swinging them back and forth until the shoulder popped back in

It probably doesn't make a whole lotta difference but it might be easier, but still hurts the same

  • Hi I'm johnny Knoxville and welcome to jackass

  • fag...

  • i dont get it?

  • How should I proceed after putting it back in place? I dislocated it for the second time. It was okay for a week or so (sore) but I recently stretched it the wrong way. Should I not use it at all for it to heal? Thanks in advance for the advice!

  • I have no expertise and am not a Physician. You should ask someone who is. If you choose not to see a doctor, my best advice for you is to not use it for at least 6 weeks. I have read somewhere on the internet that even slinging your arm is advisable. For how long, I don't know.

  • you should have in a sling for at-least a week. For recurrent dislocations you will need surgery. In the mean time strengthen your shoulder muscles.

  • @dushyantx

    I guess that means, I need surgery : (

My mine has been like that for 3 years.

  • @dushyantx A Week? Sorry to tell you but a week is not long enough. At least a 2 months. I dislocated my shoulder about 10 years ago and had my arm in a sling for over 2 months.

  • @TruthSmack See a physio straight away. They will give you small exercises to keep the movement going, the last thing you want is a ceased rotary cuff! I hate to say it dude but after your 2nd dislocation you're looking almost certain for it to happen again - only a matter of time. Then it will be common place. Make sure you get the right surgery

  • @TruthSmack try not to lift it up high if its sore and reduce movement because it's easy to re dislocate it

  • @TruthSmack i dislocated my shoulder a couple of times , best thing to do when it happens is strap it to your stomach with a kind of harness and try not to move it to let the ligaments and stuff heal, you should also go see a doctor because you might need surgery

  • @TruthSmack

you have to go to a physician... mine got worse and i had to get surgery after the 30th time it dislocatet... and its shit still...

  • @TurboChamp fuck man i berly have my 5th.. so many people with this god dam fucking problem ): ahhhg.. so gay

  • lmao bird chest

  • why does it hurt so much to pop it back IN? im just wondering, i thot itd be this big warm relief, but apperently theres always a loud scream....

  • @Madderrzzz I thought it hurt more going in than going out actually. You're still moving all that muscle and bone and since you know what the pains going to be I think it hurts more just thinking about it.

  • i poped mine for the first time at my wrestling meet last night wow, they gave me 4 shots of morphine and i still screamed (13 years old shut up lol) but yea they put me to sleep, woke up feeling great. but i cant raise it over my head

  • @dwkvideos i dislocted mine today, no tylenol advil or any drug, just slowley let my mucsles relax, PAINFUL is all that was

  • lol!!!XD

  • i dislocated my left shoulder last night skateboarding. it was popped out so bad they had to knock me out to put it back in haha. it hurts soo bad

  • @mattymatt6504 that happend to me to, with out a doubt the worst pain of my life!

  • I dislocated my right shoulder a fortnight back in a bike accident, the doctor on call at stnm hospital refused to treat me. had to spend the whole night with my arm hanging around in excruciating pain. joy of being born in third world country.

  • love the beginning to the vid ^0^ sux to be him though :/

  • It hurts when it pops back in....

  • @U3X6785 When I dislocated mine and they popped it back in it was such an amazing pain that I began to laugh relieved. So in a sense it was more like a happy paint popping it right back in.

  • I dislocated my shoulder playing soccer, and other 3 times.. I put 3 medical pins in my shoulder, my doctor said "wtf you did? your shoulder was so damaged"

  • i did the same put when we place it back in it broke part my arm lol the doctor didnt no wtf to do

  • Me i was Playin football and my shit got dislocated it still is. Like it happened yesterday but mom dukes wanna take to the hospital. I told her give me 24hrs to try to pop it in place but that shit isnt movin.

  • omg ur' so stupid. u have to pop a dislocated shoulder as fast as u can back into place because u'll damage ur labrum etc..

i dislocated my shoulder 3 times .. after that over 70% of my labrum was damaged and now i've got 6 anchors after my operation last week

  • Fuckk. BTW dislocating your shoulder is some serious shit and redislocations can impair your ability in sports for ever. I got sachs-hill and bankart lesions on my left shoulder. The dislocations used to be funny when I was teenager, became less funny when I almost drowned surfing. Now I don't wan't to be one of those fat fucks who just sit on computer, eat and drink beer. I train and love mt but shit is hard. GL to anyone who suffers from dislocations.

  • umm... this may sound retarded but im not quite sure if i dislocated my shoulder or just stoved it up.. my shoulder feels fine except i get sharp pains in my shoulder when i do backwards circular motion..can ne1 help me out

  • idk man. to be honest..i was playing baseball with mailboxes the other day..and i could have sworn i poped it out...but no pain..but alot of cracks...just keep stretching it out, do small shoulder exercises, it might help to lay a hot towel on it to relax the molecules. but thats all i gotta say..nothing too extreme

  • definantly not dislocated. youd totally know it. the first time i dislocated mine was during a fight, and i knew the second it happened that it was dilocated. and it causes extreme fucking pain if it isnt popped right back in

  • does anyone know how to strengthern my shoulder? i dislocated it last week and it has came out twice since then. do i need to see a doctor?

  • i suffer the same thing... and i went to the doctor..

the only thing you need is to reforce your shoulder by doing some exercises... but if it keeps happening you might need an operation...

i need an operation but i have no insurance ..

  • Hello, use a sling for three weeks. Begin training slowly. Ive been having the same problem for years. I began with bodybuilding exercises. Use small weights, 1-2kilos, many reps. When they got stronger i began doing more complex exercises. The key is to surround the joint with healthy strong muscles. Anyway, maybe you should go to a doctor, you might have rotatory cuff injury an it needs operation.

  • i got surgery and my shoulder dislocated for the first time since surgery today.

    fuckin sucks

  • try to swim some? that strengths the shoulder, well i do swimming, and my muscle by shoulder its pretty hard, just saying, idk if its true

  • Deffinetely go to your doctor they will recommend a specialist. The specailist may consider a surgical approach to repairing the shoulder, good luck, wait times are rediculous...

  • THAT SHIT HURT and why do people look up dislocated shoulders on youtube AFTER the dislocate theirs??????????????????????
