it used to be a tradition in denmark, to send these christmas disney classics at the 24th dec. christmas eve. but in 2009 (last year) there wasnt any to spot only on toon channels but not on the regular channel. :( but this classic is a great little movie :D

Man it really does scare you to think what we may be putting in our cartoons and pop media today that would be considered inappropriate int he future. Like the Black doll the comes out and says "Mammy" how much more racist can a cartoon get... oh don't answer that.

Well think on it this way.

Its racist back at the white people as well.

Because the white doll has to be taught how to say "mama", and Santa then has to pick her up to put the OK on her. The little black doll, may say "mammie" but at the same time, walks in, says it, hops on the stamp herself, and walks to the bag. Self sufficient, independent, and intelligent. Wish more people were like that today.
