No you can't make your own songs. You can make you own hybrid song based off another songs in the game. It's a little tricky though.

To the guy who said is selling more than the 360 + PS3. Is because the Wii expectations are low. They started out the cheapest with fewer problems than the 360. Perhaps if we stopped hassling game companies to make things quick they could get all of the kinks out. The Wii is more or so for children, children take most of the populace. September is not one of the hardest songs, excluding the beginning trumpet part [the superfast six note part]. It's easily one of the easiest songs of Wii Music- but 4/5! :O

Ture, it is a hard song to play, but you have it down pretty much to be able to experiment with the notes.

1. Start playing with tutes

2. Dont slur the notes (Holding on to 1/2 button when playing)

3.If the song is hard change the tempo to slow and when you change instruments you can make the tempo faster so the song can be exactly how you want without having so difficult
