Just want to say it's nice to see civilized comments on Aiko Project (so far). So, kudos to the people here! The other articles/links/etc are usually sex-oriented/gender pride/chauvinism/etc. Amusingly, this video is about the brain/processor/whatev and the others is about the *gynoid*. I've learned two things today; 1)droid development is reaching uncanny valley and 2)a lot of people are still shallow (well,duh).

Really cool to see more demonstrations. Is there any way you can give us more information on how the software is created? Like what language do you use? You need to figure out a way to get the community involved. I'd spend hours, probably days, uploading objects and speech to the database, and I'm sure many others would too!
