  • INDIA IS sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic, assuring its citizens of justice, equality, and liberty and, endeavors to promote among them all, fraternity..

  • @zanuantony Once you are a socialist....you can never have the rest.

  • @postwala

    who said that brother...

socialist doesnt means non religious or communist maxsist....

    socialism means equality to all

  • Oxford University Has Published A Book "THE MAKERS OF THE UNIVERSE", In Which They Have Enlisted 100 People Who Gave Remarkable Contribution To The World Over The Period Of 10,000 Years, Which Is Admired By The Entire UNIVERSE. In this List 1st Name Is "LORD GAUTAM BUDDHA" & 4th Is "Dr. BABASAHEB AMBEDKAR" For Their Principle Of Equanimity Which Is The Universal Solution For todays Burning World....

    Namo Buddha! Jai Bhim!!

  • I would like to share one general knowledge of question related with it, that our constitution took 2yrs 11 month and18 dyas to complete, cost was 65lac, and its worlds biggest written constitution. Whatever it is, we should proud on it because we can say its our own.

    Jay Hind., . . .

  • To say its our own is not true. Its like the SAP-ERP software that you first buy and then configure (localisation) it.

If it original, today we shouldnt be fighting for being maharastrians and non-maharastrians, Andhrites and telgainites, upper caste and lower caste, hindus and muslims etc.

Why do you require 300 pages to basically defines ones freedom and equality.

  • Its a document enslaving every "Indian citizen".. there is no right to a fair trial, right to keep and bear arms, right to privacy or even a right to keep what one earns. Burn it.. that is what I am going to do.

  • @utubehayter

Want an American constitution? Move to America.

  • @motioneccentrica

Who said anything about America? Does moving to America get you living under an American constitution?

I would bring up facts, figures and insights, but those are not needed here. People like you who got too much ego and not enough knowledge of the world keep giving others advice on what they should be doing all the time. Also, be careful what you say or else America might stop feeding your beggarly national government.

  • @utubehayter

Actually yes, as soon as you set foot in America, the constitution applys to you, almost entirely.

You bring up the right to bear arms, why would you want that, India is lucky in that we lack gun violece as compared to other countries, hell a lot of our law enforcement dont have guns, why do you want to raise the stakes?

Right to Privacy? Just to remind you, we are a collectivist nation with an emphasis on community, besides can you tell me that privacy is a huge issue in India?NO

  • @utubehayter

Also we are having a theoretical argument about philosophies, why would I bring up numbers and stats, there is no relevance. Also America doesnt give us money, perhaps some AID, but I doubt that we would qualify

A] Indians being the richest minority in Amercia.

B] Country with the second highest growing economy and GDP.

Corporate Culture is stuffing our wallets with money, they will also take it all back, bleed us dry just like they did America, and move on to their next nation.

  • @motioneccentrica

Ignorance is bliss.. live in it. But don't forget who your bosses are.

  • @utubehayter

I dont understand why your offended, if you have a differing viewpoint I would love to hear it maybe I would learn something. Its called discourse. Its called being an adult.

  • @motioneccentrica

Read the constitution of India.. you will understand why I am offended by that retarded document. Mostly because it gives a semblance of legitimacy to the systematic oppression that is the Indian government, because most Indians do not know what their constitution says or does not say. e.g. according to it, a human being has no right to justice, to live or to defend himself. It is purely a dream scheme to RULE over people unfortunately enough to be born in India.

  • TELL ME WHY IS IT Not GOOD TO YOU?/

  • Try reading it..

  • Simply because it doesnt believe all people are born equal.

    It prioritizes religion over science

it weighs groups higher than individual liberty and freedom

It doesnt want to empower people and make them free, rather become slaves of the govt.

It strengthens rich, powerful and might and while lesser individuals.

  • It encourages people to be meek and soft and have to address issues with lot of unnecessary humility rather than live with pride, honesty and truth.

this way Its ok to be corrupt and dishonest as long as you dont harm people and can coexist.

  • @postwala

What a deranged idea, it is not ok to be corrupt, corruption is the root cause of every problem in humanity. You are an idiot.

  • @motioneccentrica Go through the entire comment, the last sentence only summarised the existing situation in India where corruption has become acceptable. Rather than you dealing with it emotionally I gave solutions that I thougt are good solutions against corrution. Not Only eccentric but you are a genuinely arrogant bastard and defensive crib. go cry somewhere else.

  • @motioneccentrica Also Corruption is an effect but not natural effect, its the govt policy where a few people decide what the rest of people need which then leads to favoritism and corruption.

Its the principle that you as a human being rather than striving to be independent depend and beg govt for everything that you are supposed to do yourself that makes us sacrifice our freedoms to kings, dictators, communists etc. Ask for liberty, you will have competition and you wont have corruption.

  • @postwala Let me correct the above for the sake of eccentric idiot.

Replace "this way" with "As it is now"

  • Read this in school nd to read it this independence day, takes me back to nostalic times.
