When I get FS2004 OR FSX then I'm going to Vancover, British Columbia, Canada from KSEA (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Seatac, WA (Seatac, WA- A Suburb of Seattle.)). And Boise is not rarely visited. Actuallty a little bit more, but still rarely (almost). Nice video, by the way. 5/5

I think it is more interesting to land on the "smaller" airfields than just flying from New York to Chicago all the time. FSX makes it possible!!!

Forgot there is a Air National Guard base there and they fly the A-10, C-130, and now F-15. If you've ever seen an F-15 take off 100 feet away you'll never forget it, I haven't.

too bad it looks nothing like the actual airport. there's actually an air national guard airbase called gowen field right there. it shares the runways with GA and commercial flights. one day i looked up and see a southwest 737 coming in to land... then 10 min later a formation of a-10's are screaming overhead.

At Boise the runways are the same length, and its much prettier than shown here, not as deserty as it appears... more sage brush, haha.

The Boise airport is quite a lot larger in real-life. If you ever fly there you'll find it is about the same size and traffic volume as OK City or Tulsa.

when u first pick a airport u have the choise to pick a runway, im sure u know that. when u pick a runway how do u know witch runway is long enough for a 747.

look in the aircraft flying notes for the 747 (In Learning Center). These should say how much runway is needed for takeoff and landing, and you can check online or on google earth to measure out the runways.

yea u also have to check the weight, a 747 with low wight has a rotate speed of like 155, a high-weight 747 need 170-180 to rotate. and there is also the runway lenght differently.

Toronto has awesome airports. i live close by toronto but in FSX, the airports are great. The airport near CN tower is awesome since there are many directions you can come to approach from, there are like 3-4 runways... 2 long ones i think? and then theres a bigger airport.. Toronto Pearson Intl and that has long runways and lots of them for a good approach and the scenery is pretty awesome
