Caught the show last night in Cedar Park, Tx. Incredible!!! Played for 2 1/2 hours non-stop! Band was fantastic..the only thing missing was Pete's windmill strumming.
@lucky711ist Just saw him the other night in Colorado. I thought Simon did a great job but I was a little sad that Pete couldn't be there, but it was still Amazing!
Just saw the Windsor concert on 10/2 and have to say it was one of the best concerts I've been to in a long long time. Roger was absolutly on his game. 2 and 1/2 hours of non stop music. Don't know how he does it at his age.
The First concert i ever saw was The Who in 82 with The Clash at The Pontiac Silverdome. I saw them 2 more times since then and i get to see Roger this Saturday in Windsor at the Casino.. Can't Wait!!!
Thank you for posting. Unfortunately, I was very pessimistic when I heard about Roger's decision to tour Tommy. But after checking this vid, I am impressed with Roger's soulful delivery of this classic. Wow. Is is just me, or does he sound better than some of the 2006/2007 Who tours? Delivery is strong and confident, and some of the bootlegs I've heard from those tours, he doesn't sound as strong. Either way, thanks for posting this performance!
@galanek Saw the show last night in Dublin - excellent. Was worried about Rogers voice and could he carry the whole show on his own. Voice held up OK and he really seemed to be enjoying himself. Great atmosphere and having seen the WHO many times Daltrey did a great job. Musicians were great. Nice to be reminded how good the music in Tommy is
@galanek We heard him tonight at Verizon in Grand Prarie and his voice was stronger than in this video~he must be getting SO much better with time! I was SO impressed all the way around.

@galanek Saw him do the show @ Caesar's in Windsor, he said he'd had surgery done on his voice that was remarkably successful- ie. i agree lol

@galanek He said he got surgery done for his voice- hence people weren't allowed to "smoke" things. He suggested brownies. lol
