The kid who killed his brother obviously had some sort of mental problem that was encouraged by the game and an argument. Something else had to be going on the kids head for this to have happened anyways and the parents are targeting video game media due to guilt! I mean, if your own son killed your other son wouldn't you be a little more than distraught too? These people are just looking for someone/thing to blame in order to provide reinforcement so less guilt is felt by the family.
