Can anyone please clarify what the difference is between Astraweb and NZBMatrix? Why do you need to sign up to both? Can you do this by only signing up to Astraweb or NZBMatrix for example??

Hey, Think of astraweb as your Internet service provider, without it, you can't browse any websites, you need to have an astraweb account in order for the NZB's to download. NZB matrix is just a website where all the NZB's are uploaded to in a good way and user friendly.

Thanks, I figured this out today after playing around and getting set up.  So I've now signed up to Astraweb and NZBMatrix. Downloaded my first file, got loads of RAR's and .Par2 files..... Something was corrupt or missing as I couldn't repair it using QuickPar. Hopefully I'll have better luck in the future but this seems a pretty good way of obtaining your downloads.

Glad to help others with this way of downloading, it seem's hard to find out about it if you dont have people to ask questions, like torrrents are really popular, yet these are kind of secret in a way that the average person doesnt know much about them. if theres enough par files then it should repair with quickpar but sometimes you get unlucky.

what speeds are you getting in kb/s ??

when i used to use torrents i was a member of the private torrent tracker, demonoid, but my connection aint great, im getting 20mb soon so i will be reaching a 20mb download rate so my speeds will be better than yours, thats amazing where do you live and where are you getting these torrents from?

i live in Lithuania we have private torrents where you have to be invited for registration and they are local torrent so mostly i get my games in about 30min unrared :)
