The Wing paddle is fine, but I'm not the most elegant rolla, and the visibility vest is so important on Sydney Harbour. I keep breaking boats because my rolls are "too enthusiastic" - maybe the wingy thingy is not the paddle of choice around rocks and stuff but for distance, there's no other real choice in my opinion.
So how is rolling with that wing paddle? I heard that wings take a bit of getting used to. You don't seem to be having any trouble with it though! And is the visibility vest a requirement or a choice?
