  • The Wing paddle is fine, but I'm not the most elegant rolla, and the visibility vest is so important on Sydney Harbour. I keep breaking boats because my rolls are "too enthusiastic" - maybe the wingy thingy is not the paddle of choice around rocks and stuff but for distance, there's no other real choice in my opinion.

  • So how is rolling with that wing paddle? I heard that wings take a bit of getting used to. You don't seem to be having any trouble with it though! And is the visibility vest a requirement or a choice?
