The face from Part 2 (with 3 being the runner-up) is the most disturbing to look at (for me, anyway). In the brief glimpse of him in Pt1, you see a deformed boy, and in 2, that's how he'd look all grown up; it really is possible for some unfortunate person to look like that. The later sequels just don't look realistic, good make-up jobs they are. In the early ones it's not too far-fetched for a person to have a face like that; there is that realist element which makes it creepier.
