Most boring sport in the world???? crossfit games. No rhyme or reason to it, just a bunch of exercises for time. And everything is average here, unlike the real*** olympics.

To me ,you do exercises to get BETTER at a sport. But people are so fat these days, anything like this or PX-90 will get people in shape isn't a bad thing i guess.
@flatpat crossfit IS a sport dumbass. people training crossfit don't necessarily have to compete, but the ones that do, at this level, are competing in their own sport. it's the sport of fitness because it tests work capacity over EVERY possible modality - strength, power, speed, stamina, cardio & respitory endurance, flexibility, co-ordination, accuracy, agility and balance. i can't fathom why people don't understand this basic concept.
hmm I'm not sure how I feel about these people using the Olympic lifts in their workouts... though if they keep if fairly light whatever... and all the other stuff looks tough and then have a tough cardio element too while they are doing it moving around like that... right on! But hahahaha at the sledge hammer stuff... come swing a sledge with some construction guys... we know how to do it all day long.
At the moment im 15years of age at only 130#.. I know very small im cleaning 120? Is this good or? Also can someone tell me some good ideas to gain weight as soon as possible or i will have to go ahead and try the gallon of milk a day ahah (not really leaning twoards that one :( )
@CN0te11 Don't eat fastfood, processed foods, etc. Eat 1 or 2 PB and Js after every meal. Eat a lot of pasta. Go to the gym and lift. Supplement within 30 mins after your workout. And, do drink 2 percent milk, oh my god it works. Make it a habit to drink a lot of it, it helps if you think it tastes good. Also, drink lots of water, get lots of sleep. Not 30 mins of cardio a day because that burns too much fat. and yeah.

@CN0te11 Workout, eat healthy! Protein, low fat. You´ll see effects after 3 months of hard training. Muscles don´t suddenly appear.
