No, she is not the one. You must be thinking of Bobbi Brown. She's the one that did the make up products. Bobbie Brown in this video clip is an actress, model, and and beauty pageant contestant. She did appear as a model in some make up commercials and can't think of any of top of my head but she didn't create any makeup products. That's all I have to say.
