What I thought was interesting was there was a huge deal made about the NKOTB cartoon, but I hardly heard anything about Kid N' Play. (as far as promotions go.) (and if you ask me, Kid 'N Play is definitely the better of the two.)

I used to love this cartoon. They would have episodes that had a message like racisim and other important issues with a hip hop twist. Like how fat albert did in the 70's. You can call it corney now but what cartoons are cool today ? there all on some other planet shit that screws up the minds of already screwed up kids.

do you mean the actual people? because Kid n Play was produced by Marvel Productions while Fat Albert was done by Filmation Studios - makers of He-Man, Bravestarr, She-Ra, etc

These were classics. Well, at least "Class of 3000" on Cartoon Network with Andre 3000 of Outkast tried. I liked that cartoon, it had good intentions. Instead it got replaced with shows like that god awful Chowder and "Flapjack" :P
